I Need Help And Also How Hard Can Superman Really Punch

What if Superman Prime punched himself as hard as he could?

It would just be if you punched yourself as hard as you could. It would hurt, but you'd be fine afterwards.
And I'm pretty sure Superman Prime isn't as powerful or godly as you'd think. He doesn't have many legitimate feats.
Superman Prime's feats debunked:

What's the superman punch?

Some answers are close.

(For the purpose of this example let's say you are right handed)
Essentially you fake a right leg (or round) kick, and then lunge forward, while throwing your right leg back help counterbalance and provide momentum, and throwing an over hand right, or a right cross.

That is sort of breaking it down, but it is done all in one quick motion.

Yes. St. Pierre landed this shot on Matt Hughes.

It is very practical in the ring, where someone is used to defending from leg kicks. A little less practical on the street, when a step jab would be more accurate and practical.

It is less powerful then a grounded overhand right. You are better off (as far as KOing someone) with an overhand right, then you are a Superman punch, as far as accuracy and power.

Plenty of punches if you get them clean will knock someone out if you are hitting the button. Accuracy is way more important then power as far as most K.O.'s go, you hit a guy across the chin, then it is lights out. It takes significantly more power to KO a guy otherwise, but I have accidently knocked guys out while sparring at 40% or 50% because of hitting them across the chin and causing a flash KO.

Hope that helps.

If Superman punched Wonder Woman as hard as he could, what would happen?

Depends on the Superman and Wonder Woman. However the most famous occurrence of Superman hitting Wonder Woman as hard he could happenedIn Wonder Woman v2 #219: Wonder Woman is attacked by a Mind Controlled Bloodlusted Superman who thinks she is Doomsday and had just killed Lois Lane.(Superman's perspective: https://plus.google.com/+TheDeat... ) Wonder Woman manages to survive while barely holding back, albeit she also had brief help from kryptonite, while Superman may have been amped by the sun during the fight but its not mentioned so he may not have been.Wonder Woman ultimately frees Superman by killing Maxwell lord. The Fight went from earth all the way to the sun and back, while according to Maxwell Lord the entire fight took place within 1 minute and 54 seconds. As shown hereWonder Woman v2 #219: Wonder Woman is attacked by a Mind Controlled Bloodlust...During this fight Bloodlusted Superman punches Wonder Woman from near the Sun all the way to earth at vastly faster than light speeds (considering the whole fight was less than two minutes and it takes light 8 minutes to get to earth. This punch was also just a fraction of the less than two minutes)Wonder Woman then quickly recovered after nothing the earth vibrated from her collisionThis same Superman has shown Moon to Planet shattering punches in the past so who knows how hard he actually hit Wonder WomanAction Comics #831: Superman not only reveals he can split a moon in half wit...Adventures of Superman (1987) #649: Earth 1 Superman and Earth 2 Superman sho...Trinity (2008) #5: Superman notes he has hit Konvikt hard enough to shatter S...However it should be noted Superman although Bloodlusted probably was still holding back to some degree. He was definitely trying to kill her (Doomsday) but i doubt he wasn't making sure the world would still be around afterwards.

What would happen if you punched Superman in the face?

I chuckled when I saw this question. If you punch Superman in the face, YOU would be without a wrist for the next few months. And he wouldn’t even have to try to harm you.Superman’s skin is stronger than an iron wall. If you’ve ever punched an iron wall, then you know how painful the sensation is. You’d probably break your wrist bone and badly injure your knuckles. Now imagine using your full strength to punch something far thicker and tougher than that. Yeah, it’s not nice.If Supes were feeling kind, he would likely move out of the way so you only graze him, like he did for Batman (and even then, you would still be injured!):But if you ever make the mistake of hitting Superman full on in the face, then prepare to lose a fist.

How to get a superman punch in ufc 2009?

my question is simple how can my guy get a superman punch i am pretty far in my career and i am 21-5 ive beaten lots of good guys like rashad, shogun, quentin rampage, and lyoto machida, all using my high kicks just want that powerful punch to mix it up with my jabs. my guy is a kickboxer so that shouldnt be a problem. if there is something i need to do just tell me.

How strong can Superman punch?

As strong as he wants to/needs to. And/or as strong as the writers want him to.That’s not just a quick/easy answer though. Especially the first part. If you look through his history you can’t find a consistent level of strength for him. Instead his strength seems to be at least semi-dependent on the needs of the moment.Tow several planets to a new solar system? Check. Lift a miniature black hole? Check. Hold up half of the pages of a book with infinite pages? Check. Bench press the weight of the Earth for several days? Check.I don’t think he’s ever been written with a physical strength limit. Partly because it seems that the Superman mythos is that he is without limits. The only limits he has are the ones that he places on himself to not destroy the Earth and to not kill his enemies. That’s the story of Superman. It’s not him overcoming the odds and defeating enemies that are too powerful for him like Batman or even Spider-Man. Instead it’s about controlling himself. Limiting his own power so as to not cause death and destruction. So if Superman needs to punch hard enough to destroy a planet, he’ll do so. If he needs to punch hard enough to destroy a Earth sized planet made of an “indestructible” metal, he’ll do it. There just isn’t a limit on how strong Superman can be, or in the case of this question, how hard he can punch.

If Flash ran around the world 80 times and punched Superman in the balls, what would happen?

I’m going to assume the 80 times around the world is just so he is moving fast enough for one of his infinite mass punches. I think the key question here is how does superman’s invulnerability work with regard to the soft parts of his body? Can his flesh be deformed by normal amounts of pressure so you can pinch him, or give him a chinese burn? If not his flesh would feel very different which would cause secret identity problems. His invulnerability would prevent his flesh from being stretched or squashed to the point of damage but I would assume that his nervous system doesn’t know that he is invulnerable and still sends warning pain signals when his flesh is stretched or squashed near to a point that would be destructive if he weren’t invulnerable. If Superman’s testicles can be squashed to the point of pain by normal force then you don’t need Flash speed to do it. Why doesn’t everyone go for Superman’s testicles during a fight? My guess is that Superman’s skin proximity force field protects his testicles against high velocity impacts or simple attempts to squash them.Superman’s invulnerability is a lot more rigid than the invulnerability of a shape shifting Martian. Consequentially if Batman were to punch Superman in the balls then Batman would break his hand. So what happens when the Flash tries it? Flash will suffer the same fate as Batman but his aura will prevent it being any worse. Superman will be in pain and possibly actually injured depending on how hard the Flash hits. The Flash would be better advised to give Superman’s balls a gentle slap at superspeed rather than a punch. The effect on Superman will be almost the same but Flash won’t break his hand.

Superman vs One Punch Man. Who would win and why?

One punch man.

Superman would under rate him (really, who wears a cape and is taken seriously) and be taken out with one punch.

Who can survive Superman's full power punch?

A full powered punch from Superman would be devastating.Superman was able to one-shot a planet made of dark matter, traveling at light speeds towards Superman. He was damaged after that, but that's likely because of the dark matter substance.Shatters alternate realities created by Dominus, and resists his reality warping. His fight with Kal-l was breaking space time.Strong enough to break out of being trapped in time. This may look like normal ice, but he's actually in prisoned in time.So essentially for a character would need to have a durability that is Universal or above. Some candidates are:Dr. FateTrigonImperiexWonder Woman, even without her bracelets she still has very impressive durability feats.Captain MarvelAresCaptain AtomEtriganBlue Beetle, surprisingly enough Beetle does in fact has durability feats that put him on Superman's levelSwamp-Thing…and even Booster GoldThere's more, but those are the first few I could think of. If you don't think one of these characters can tank a punch from Clark just ask and I'll provide scans.
