I need help coming up with a good workout schedule.?

Don't eat fatty, fried, sugary food, obviously! Drink lots of water. Try go for things that'll keep you full for longer, like bread. People think bread is evil, but it's good for you. It keep you full and you can put yummy stuff on it. Make sure you get brown bread. I always put tomato and avocado on toast and it's super yummy!

I'm 19 years old and I weigh 145. I'm relatively skinny, but I do have some meat on my bones (i'm not that skinny!). I don't have much muscle.

What can I do with a pair of 15 and 20 pound dumbells? Can I still get good results without investing in expensive machines or workout equipment?

I know my resources are limited which may mean my workout may be limited, but what can I get out of what I have?

Don't starve yourself--if you do you will only gain weight and feel awful. Start with getting some exercise. Do cardio work, swim, run, and even simply walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator. Even little things can make a difference. Don't deprive yourself of food because you'll end up binging. Before a meal, drink a large glass of water. If you think you are hungry, drink some water first to make sure you aren't confusing hunger with thirst. If you eat when you are bored or emotional, try chewing some gum, sucking on one mint, or just busy yourself with other things. Sometimes I just like to suck on ice when I get bored or I think I'm hungry. Don't sit and do your homework in the kitchen. When I do, I find myself snacking when I'm not hungry. Now I've moved myself upstairs to my room whenever I am doing homework. An easy way to move around is taking walks with your friends, going to the mall and walking around, instead of sitting at home and watching TV. You don't need to go to the gym to get some exercise. Walking helps too!! Take smaller portions at meals, and chew more times than usual. Just slow down your general eating at meals, and try to enjoy it rather than stuff the food in your mouth. Take sips of water or milk during meals and talk during meals, because it forces you to take a break from eating, to see if you are still really hungry! Try to cut back from soda's, juices, and other drinks. I know they taste good, but the sodas give you no nutrition, and all of the drinks are filled with unnecessary calories. Try to join a sports team if you can to get some exercise. And make sure the kitchen is closed by 7 or 8pm -- just set a time and decide not to eat after that time. Also, EAT BREAKFAST! I know its an easy meal to skip, but its really important. Starving yourself won't get you results. Also, make sure you are hydrated and not carrying around extra water weight, which will give you a bloated appearance. But, besides appearance, just do what feels good in your body. You are beautiful no matter what your weight it. Don't under eat or make yourself sick. Eat enough and just the right amount so that you can stay healthy and be active to your potential. Eating healthy, exercising, and eating only when you are hungry will get you results. Best of luck and I hope I was helpful! :)

Hey Guys Im Trying To Get Ripped PLZ HELP?

Excercise: cardio cardio cardio. Meaning 15-20 minutes of jogging straight if you cant do 15-20 minutes jog 5 minutes walk 1 and repeat until you hit 18 minutes total and work your way up and eventually youll hit 15-20 minutes straight on. swimming is also really good cause 30 minutes in the lane will burn a ton of calories while building muscle for a nice toned look...look at swimmers.. all ripped. second lifting or strength training. Little weight more reps. 3 sets of 12 reps. The weight should be heavy enough where the 12th rep takes a little effort. meaning if you can rep it all day and not get tired that too light but if your eyes are bulging and you get a hernia at 5 reps thats too much. i suggest lifting every other day and then running every other. you could mix high intensity i guess but thats another ball park theres a lot of excercises to get ripped but lifting and running/cardilo is the best.
DIET: eat breakfast to boost metabolism. Cottage cheese is good( i hate it) Oatmeal is good NO SUGAR just rough it and put it down its real healthy and eat it like a banana or apple. Maybe even yogurt. Eat lots and lots of chicken. Its carb frree but an excellent source of protein. Eat every three hours but small portions im talking real light. be a goat and just kinda graze all day. Drink a lot of water before meals to curb hunger more. When you need a snack grab a handful of nuts (no homo) or eat a few baby carrots or fruit or something thats what i do. uuuh yeah dont eat after 7. If you need to drink water and do the carrot or nuts or fruit thing. eat healthy no saturated fat or simple carbs. no chips sweets brownies cookies the works. youn need veges fruits good protein and youll feel better.
So all in all good diet. cardio. Lift. workout and eat well consistantly/
