I Need Help Reactivating My Domain. I See The Invoice Where Payment Was Declined And Just Updated

Is PayUMoney a fraud payment gateway?

PayUMoney is one of the biggest scam and fraud that is going on.If you are a small to medium level merchant than I can guarantee you that you will get scammed. It’s just a matter of time. This is how they scam. When payments are small and not many they will send it to your bank account in time. You will gain more confidence in themOnce you start receiving big payments, then one fine day they will stop depositing in your bank account. And they won’t even inform you.You will think that there might be some delay and won’t stop your customers from payingFinally you will contact them. For which they will reply after 3–4 days (at best).During all this time, a lot of money would have accumulated at PayuMoney. Now their Customer service will flatly decline to transfer money into your bank account. They will ask for various proofs. It doesn’t matter what proof you give they will keep asking something.Or they will just stop replying to you.You can’t contact them on phone so there is no way for you to do anything. They will not even refund money to your customers. So either you have to refund money to your customer from your pocket or provide goods/service to your customer for free. You will not go to police or court because that will cost you even more. Plus payumoney has their own legal team and much more money than you. So you cant win them in court as well.Eventually, you will just give up.Payumoney will keep all your money. And scam someone else. The End.

How do I bypass a CVV number while processing a payment if it's not on my card?

Peter has answered it all, I've few more inputs to help you understand better. As a quick answer, you can bypass CVV if you have a payment processor that doesn't need a mandatory cvv field. I don't think is possible in practical as cvv is one of the major criteria to control fraud these days. From my experience, I've myself made payments successfully many a times to Godaddy for domains those days without entering cvv or even entering wrong cvv of my card. Those are old days but you can't do it now.Looks like visa/MasterCard is ok with not verifying cvv with payment processors who has huge transaction volume and less chargeback records.Hope the info helps :)

How can I use a Chinese debit card with PayPal?

Well, I am not so sure what kind of suggestions you really need by merely guessing your description 'to connect it to PayPal'; please read below and hope it helps.I am wondering if you were wishing to be advised on:How to add your Debit Card to your PayPal account? Or,How to use your Debit card as one of the funding sources for online transaction through PayPal?For the former issue, please log on your PayPal account via www.Paypal.com (Page will be redirected automatically after checking your login region or IP), then follow the instructions on how to add a Card or Bank onto PayPal; and that's it, simple and clear. Before speaking at the latter issue, frankly speaking, Debit cards or we say prepaid cards are relatively not so recommended to be regarded as the funding source when using PayPal; on the contrary, typically, they are commonly advised to be the ways as verification tool or withdrawal. Beyond that, Chinese Debit cards are only qualified to be used unless the merchants accept CUP (China Union Pay) (银联) on their selling venue as a partnership or functionality. For a better online transaction experience through PayPal, I strongly recommend that you can use credit cards not debit cards:-)thanks!

Which is appropriate, 'kindly advice' or 'kindly advise'?

Advice is a noun and advise is a verb.Kindly advice is advice (noun) which is given kindly (in a kind, well meant manner).“Kindly advise” is a phrase you may see in a letter or email asking politely for advice from someone. Advise is a verb and when you advise someone you are giving them advice. You are not asking for kindly advice but asking in a polite way for advice. For instance you are telling someone your situation or problem and you need their advice. At the end of your written explanation you may write in a new sentence “"Kindly advise”. It is a request.
