I Need Help Read This

Can anyone read Chinese? I need your help.

Hi! I do know how to read Mandarin Chinese but just in case whatever it is that you need help with is beyond my knowledge, try downloading “Pleco.” It is a very easy to use sort of dictionary application. It can translate English words to Chinese characters and vice versa. You can even take a picture of the Chinese text and it’d just translate it for you.Good luck!

Contact your local hospital or planned parenthood for a list of therapists they think may help. You don't have to give your name or any personal information besides the area in which you live (so they can give you a list of therapists near you). You can also check into a hospital for a 72hr observation/evaluation so they can help guide you better in the right direction. If you are in high-school the school nurse can help you find someone to speak with and if you are in college, most have a mental health clinic or office.

Get help now, before it gets worse. It is very scary to ask for help but do it now while you can, before it becomes too much and you hide from reality.

What books do I need to read in business to help me start my own business?

The E Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber was pivotal for me. I also recommend The Lean StartUp and To Sell is Human. There are specific stages to entrepreneurship, it’s a good idea to read the appropriate book at the appropriate stage. Books like Blink and Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell can give you ideas for businesses. Books like Rework by Jason Fried can help give you vision.Ultimately, you’ll want to rely on Entrepreneur - Start, run and grow your business. and other blogs by influencers to troubleshoot throughout your journey. Best of luck!

I need serious help for a serious cause (read carefully, and the description as well). I want to donate blood, not for free, but for money. Where (which blood bank, etc.) can I go and shed my blood for money (legally)?

you can go to any hospital, and give them your contact no. and ask them to call you when they need blood, you can later cut a deal with the blood recipient and get money.. But, your blood group should br the rare type for it being in such a demand that people get ready to pay you for it, otherwise blood is available easily and the money people pay for blood is for its storage. Any doubts, ask in comments :)

How can I stop reading self-help books?

Maybe you are just naturally drawn to them...Let me ask you, why do you care to read books in other fieldDo you even like history books? Are you just doing it to appear more well-rounded to impress others?I don't see anything wrong with what you are doing. My entire shelf is loaded with self-help books because I want to become a better person. This includes books on psychology, Stocism, speed reading and everything in between. You end up learning a lot about those topics you mentioned as the content in self-help books is often broad and touches on many topics. So do what feels natural, don't fight what you enjoy. If you want another book to add to your list, Kevin and I are currently writing a book for the Quora-Nation entitled QuoraDomination.com featuring interviews with several top writers. Check it out.

What should I read in the Bible when I need guidance?

When I need comfort, I usually go to the Psalms. Psalm 91, 121, 103, 134 and 23 mainly. Proverbs is excellent when you need wisdom. But all are good. For regular reading, if one hasn't done much reading in the bible, I would suggest starting at the beginning of the New Testament (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John), reading John first, and then the other three. It tells 3 different vantage points of a couple of the disciples that actually walked with Jesus, and one (Luke) that wrote it in an historical way. Fascinating! After that, comes what happened in the early church shortly after Jesus went back to heaven (Acts of the Apostles), and then letters written by several of the Apostles years later, plus others who learned from the Apostles, recounting their experience and encouraging others. This would include the "latest apostle" named Paul (who used to severely fight against the New Way, but came to know Jesus one day on the road to Damascus to kill the Christians). You might want to steer clear of the Revelation for now, until after you get grounded more deeply into understanding the life of Christ. Hard to understand. There are MANY things throughout the New Testament (especially, I find, gospel of John) that are comforting, enlightening, encouraging, and to think about, as Jesus reveals to them all that He is, even to today. Hope you are blessed as you journey this wonderful adventure with Christ!
