I Need Help Rephrasing This Part Of My Brother

What is the meant by paraphrasing a stanza of a poem? and Can someone please tell me how to paraphrase a poem?

A stanza is one verse of the poem. To paraphrase simply means to write it in your own words. It should not come out as a poem for you though. It should be a short few sentences of written text.

EDIT:

For example:

Brother, my brother,
How selfish was I
While you seemed to struggle,
I sat idly by

Brother, why did I selfishly sit idly by while you did nothing but struggle.

My mother-in-law keeps asking us for money and my husband gives it to her. It causes problems with us. Help!?

My mother-in-law has my husband's brother, wife and child living with her. He only works part time, Trisha stays home with the baby, but recieves SSI because the baby has medical problems. And my mother-in-law is a retired teacher getting over $3,000 a month and she comes to us for money because they get mad if she askes them for money. She isn't good with money anyway and can't afford the house she's living in but my brother-in-law has threatened to put the baby in a home if she sells the house. He's abusive and has mental problems. And he controls everyones life in that house. My mother-in-law comes to us with her problems and asks for money. Then it causes problems with my husband and I. And part of the reason my brother-in-law hates me is because I turned his wife into CPS because she was neglecting to feed her baby. My mother-in-law thinks it's my fault he hates me and won't let me forget it. I don't even think she likes me. What do I do???

Can someone tell me what this quote means or rephrase it?

We may love someone, but inborn in all of us, is the ability to hurt the ones we love. We are also capable of doing things that can cause us to harm ourselves..

Does my brother have OCD?

So my brother is deffinately not a counter. He doesn't like count and repeat every eleventh word or have to close the drawer 4 times. But he obsses over things.

For instance a friend of mine took a picture of him and he freaked out and thought she was going to post it on line. I have to be perfect around him other wise he freaks also. Like we used to keep our keys in a very small basket by the door but about a week ago he bought a white board with a bunch of hooks on it and freaks out if I leave my keys under it or on the table instead of on the hook. He keeps the key to our mail box on a string and has a deadbolt on his door.

Also, and I know this shouldnt indicate OCD but it may indicate signs of another dissorder. My brother (while he rarely acts out vioIently) has revenge fantasies and talks about "snapping peoples necks" who he's felt have done wrong to him. Another time I thought I heard my brother having a conversation with someone else in his room, like 2 people talking to eachother and thought maybe it was my cousin. But I freaked out when my brother had no clue what I was talking about. Could all of these actually be signs of a multiple personality disorder? Or are these signs of OCD?

What is my brother in law's family to me? ?

i'm rephrasing one of my previous questions so i apologize if people find this annoying. In my previous question the way i phrased my question was confusing so people misinterpreted or misunderstood whaat i meant (but it is absolutely understandable sine i was at wrong)

I understand that the man that marries my sister is referred to as my "brother in-law" but what about his parents and sister? What are they referred to as? Is there even a name for that? Again i'm sorry if people found me asking this question again yet in different words.
