I Need Help With Paypal I Didn

Help me about Paypal and Expanded Use number?

The $1.95 charge is just what Paypal charges for the expanded use number. They do it on a random basis as a security procedure. Paypal doesn't sent it to you through your paypal account as that would defeat the security process.

If you mom doesn't have an online account to get the 4 digit number it will be on her paper statement.

The *real issue* is you using your mom's card without her permission. Technically, that's called credit card fraud. She's going to find out and you'll have destroyed a big chunk of trust. You might consider talking to her about it before she finds out on her own.

Paypal isn't the safest place online. Use it as a last resort if you can't purchase something you want any other way.

PayPal money didn't transfer into my bank account?

I have been using PP since '01 and have over 2000 transactions. From my experience, it always says it is complete for 1-2 days before it actually reaches my bank account. I believe because the transaction is complete on their end and maybe your bank does not reconcile until the end of the business day so it may not show up until the next day. Believe me, I have freaked out a few times over this but it always gets there. I have issues with the debit card not working when I have a positive balance but never with money not going into my account. As long as PP has the correct account info (which should have been confirmed w/2 deposits) then give it a day or two. Hope this helps! Christee

HELP!I need some advice to get my money from my paid surveys!!?

1) You're fretting over a couple of dollars AT MOST. Paid surveys are now so saturated with people expecting to get rich, that you rarely see even a dollar for a survey. These days it's usually a sweepstakes entry.

2) Depending on the survey company, many will keep a running total on their site. When you get to a pre-defined dollar amount, you can request a check be mailed or the money be deposited into your PayPal account. Since they didn't ask for this information ahead of time, don't fret. When you're at a point where you're eligible for a payout - you'll have an opportunity to direct them to your Paypal account - you have plenty of time to set one up.

3) You do not need a bank account to open a PayPal account (at least you didn't when I signed up years ago). However, you can't verify your address without registering a bank account or credit card (i.e. for eBay - where some sellers will only send to a verified address to reduce their chances of fraud).

Hope this helped.

PayPal didn't send the two deposits?

If you are talking about the two initial deposits they make when open an account, then I would contact them to find out what the problem is. You may have typed in the incorrect bank account number/routing number by accident.

If you are transferring funds from your paypal account it may be that the routing number is messed up. With all the bank mergers going on each day the routing numbers keep changing. If you don't update your paypal account your funds will never make it to your bank account. Paypal says they are not liable for inaccurate bank account information. In other words if your paypal balance shows $0 and it never got to your bank account within 5 days or so, the money is nowhere.

Why didn't paypal refund me my money straight to my credit card?

My PayPal is linked to checking --- not credit.

Funds stay in my PayPal account until I withdraw them into checking. You are aware of the "withdraw"
icon on your PayPal home page --- right?

Why is PayPal charging me $70 for an eBay account that I didn't create?

Be as polite as possible.First, give formal notification and close the EBay account.Second, request an audit of the account from EBay along with a copy of all pertainant documents used to open account including the original agreement opening the account.Next, notify PayPal that you wish to close the PayPal account in question. Request a full accounting history from them too. Notify them of your request to EBay by supplying a copy of your notice to EBay requesting EBay close the attached account and that they provide you with an accounting history, plus the initial agreement that opened the account.Send a copy of all of this, plus a cover letter to the legal departments of both companies, with a message stating that you are just providing formal notification to them, as a matter of record. Include copies of all relevant information with chronological list of events with the intent of keeping them informed. When communicating with legal, be sure that you receive evidence of receipt of your communication.Addendum: if you can prove you not only did not open the account, but have never used it, supply that info as well. Then, request a refund once you have a full accounting.
