Pep rally ideas to make our class stand out?
Every pep rally the spirit stick goes to the best class. It goes to the loudest class and the class that stands out the most.I need a "theme"or idea that will make my class stand out.We always have a thing called "attitude check"to see who can scream the loudest so we need ideas to show other classes "we can't hear them"or "they aren't better than us" while they are screaming and were waiting for our turn. I am on council and its my job to get the class pumped
Cheerleading Pep Talk Ideas?
Forget about school, forget about your friends, forget about drama. This is about Cheer leading, this is about walking onto that mat and losing yourself to the sport. Letting yourself be consumed by the cheering audience, the loud music, the panel of judges. and the excitement of your teammates. You should only have one thing on your mind: your routine. The judges don't see what we do in practice. They don't see that you only got your new tumbling pass last week, or that your stunt group has changed five times. All they see is one routine. this competition is not about the team that is slightly better most of the time. its about who can go out on that mat, and give 110% into one routine, and hit it. Girls, just remember, its only 2min and 30sec no matter how tired you may be, or how hard it is, or how out of breathe you are, push through it. And if you don't do it for yourself, do it for the teammate standing next to you. Cheer leading is a team sport, and in order to succeed, we need every single one of you to be the best you can be. Stick your tumbling. Trust your bases. If you believe you are the best, than the judges will believe you are the best! So lets go out there and show them how its done!!!!
How can we win our last pep rally?
At our high school pep rallies, each grade has to stay fired up, be the loudest, and show the most spirit to win the spirit stick. I may not sound like a big deal, but in a small town, it means everything to us. We are in the Freshman class and so far we have won 4 pep rallies (we have them every Friday) and our last one is in two weeks. Seniors and Junior have both won 2 and Sophomores haven't won any. Normally, Seniors always win the spirit stick on the last pep rally, but we want to go all out and making this biggest pep rally in our schools history so that we HAVE to win! So far we have on made a bunch of posters out parents bought us a bunch of helium balloons that everyone had on their wrists, and we got silly string and whistles and blow horns, and we got empty helium tanks painted and decorated with our school colors then we put metal balls in them to make extremely loud shakers.... We can't really think of anything else to get more spirit points, so if you have any ideas please let me know! We really want to win!
Basketball Pep-Rally ideas?
Our pep rally's are totally boring also! It's always the same thing over and over. Try doing a contest of some sort or introducing a new idea to your school. One idea is having some sort of container with a cork or a lid and make it the spirit jar. Everytime its opened, "spirit" is released and the crowd has to go crazy! Every time the lid gets put back on, it has to be quiet again. This could be a fun way to get not only the players pumped but also the crowd. Another idea is having a contest. Have a scavenger hunt with each grade and see who can come up with the most items on the list. Read off each item and each grade must bring it down onto the court. For example: A conneticut quarter, a girl with short blonde hair must bring down a boy with long brown hair, an orange shoelace. things like that. One more idea you could do is have the captains of each winter sport (basketball, wrestling, dance team, skiing) come down and do an activity. Whether it's who can say all the words to the school song or who can dance the best. Last of all, HAVE FUN WITH IT! introducing new ideas is a great way to start new school traditions and make the fans like pep rallies more!
I need Halloween ideas for a high school rally?
lol we have the same thing at our school they are really boring GAMES well make it halloween related (duh) the kids who are chosen to go should make a pumpkin during lunch before the event and since their are so many kids then have them sign up(so that if they want they can they dont have to make them) as groups of 5 or something and the teachers can choose the best ones and they win a prize give out candy and lots of it at my school they only gave out like 2 small bags of candy so have a lot GFS had 3 1/2 pounds of candy for only $3.00. throw a pies at teachers and Principal give out trick-or-treating bags bob for apples let the students who are going know a day before hand so they can wear their costumes and have a costume contest MUSIC Take a suvey around school to see what kids like before the event and see what you should play but have a variety of music not just hip-hop have some punk-rock,country,pop DECORATIONS have streamers, balloons,posters in halloween colors orange and black hand out goody bags so if kids can't catch candy they have some from when they walk in
What would be really loud at a pep rally?
ok so every pep rally we compete for the spirit stick. whichever class is loudest gets the spirit stick. only thing is that our grade sucks at it :p we are not loud at all. not to mention we have the smallest class in the school. so does anyone have any ideas on what i could make or buy and bring in for pep rallies that would be really loud and i could hand them out to people, so that the people who don't want to yell can just have something to shake or do whatever. thanks. any suggestion would help :D oh and we have already made tons of shakers. they dont make much of a difference though :c
Lost a bet to cheerleaders at my school what should I have to wear to cheer in and for how many games 0 to ??
I lost a bet to the cheerleaders at my school and now they want me to cheer at at least one football game. They want me to wear a uniform to school and cheer at a pep rally too because they have to. We only have girls cheerlead at my school so you can tell what the uniforms look like! How many games from zero to ?? should I have to cheer for and what should I have to wear and do for it? They agreed to have me do the answer people vote for as best or if no answer wins they get to pick whatever answer here they like. So be real and answer something not too wild because I will have to do it!
What do you like to do when you are feeling low?
I have three answers for this , it is your choice to to read it or leave , it may sound old but it is gold . When you feel low you might think all the advises are shit . Well , it is true . I felt that feeling . But no pain no gain , the only true remedy to to get yourself motivated is YOU .Now the three answers , Get in Shape This truly is a life saver , starting lifting weights . Lifting wegiht will get you into shape rather than cardio exercises . Doing exercises regularly helps in becoming happy .Lifting increases your heart rate. Lifting builds muscle, muscle burns fat, muscle ups your metabolism.Lifting is King. Nutrition is Queen. Cardio is Prince.Meditate Meditation always helps in becoming yourself one with the Infintiy, God or whatever you call. I know , you guys dont believe god and religious practices , but I intend to speak the truth .Meditation helps i relaxing your body . Start everything in small steps . Start meditating for 5 minutes and do that until you feel satisfied . Increase your time from there on. VisualisationThis is a major plus . Just by imagining or visualising about your outcomes you can get what you want . People dont usually trust this process, but it works everytime . Visualising is a concept I understood from Law of Attraction.Like attracts , like Think the positive result of any task . Think only about the result that you want . you are the king of this world , you got to roar your pride . When you think that your the master of this universe you feel enormous amount of control .
