I Need Help With Prom Again .

I need help ditching my prom date!!!!?

Ok so my friend asked me to the prom yesterday, it confused me because usually the guys ask the girls. With little time to think, i said yes because i didnt want to be mean. Then last night this girl i have a huge crush on contacted me on myspace and we had a great conversation which ended with me getting her number, and both of us confessing to each other that we have feelings for each other. So how do i get out of going to the prom with the girl that asked me out without ruining our freindship and looking like a d**k, and how can i go with the girl that i really want to be with, without again looking like a total d**k?

I trying to rent a car for prom from Enterprise I need help?

Prom=teenager=no rental car for the prom. No car rental agency will rent a vehicle to a teenager. And if you think your parents can rent one in their name for you and let you drive it, think again. Should you be involved in an accident with the rental car, your parents would be in deep doo doo. Any one driving the rental car is supposed to be named on the rental contract. Since you're not 21, you won't be renting, and your parents won't be renting a car for you.

Could someone help me with my prom dress?

The good news:
I'm going to prom!

The bad news:
It's in a week and I need help with my dress

I'm only five feet tall and my sister is 5'6, however we have the same body shape, so her old prom dress fits me perfectly other than it being too long. Could I get it hemmed and could we unhem it without it being ruined so she could wear it again? Thanks :o!

Help! my hair has been ruined and its my prom in 5 days! how do i grow it back?

i went to my hairdresser and because iv been before i thought they'd cut my hair really well like last time. However, someone new was there and cut my hair instead and my hair is disgusting! its all round horrible, the fringe is an inch above my eyebrows which i hate and my layers are all over the place! The real problem is that its my school prom in 5 days time and i don't know what to do!

How do i grow my fringe back in 5 days? should i go back to the same hairdresser and ask for them to change it? (but if i did the latter they might make it even worse than what its like now).

I'm really angry because the one day that i wanted to look decent has more or less been ruined. Its so bad that if my fringe hasnt grown back by the day of the prom i will consider not going. help!

Should I tell a girl before I ask her to Prom?

Please for all that is sane in the world, ask her beforehand if she wants to go to prom in the first place, especially if you're not that friendly with her.I don't care how "romantic" the surprise would be, you're basically coercing the girl to go with what you want. Yes, she could say no to you during the big promposal, but that causes both of you to lose face. So, please, be a decent person and ask her privately so that she can be honest with you in what she wants and you both can get the experience that you guys want. Just pull her aside after a class you both share or something and say, "If I ask you to prom, will you go with me?" And if she says yes, then plan the promposal. Like yeah, she knows you're going to ask her now, but she still won't know when, where, and how. And honestly, those are the things add the romance factor when they're a surprise.Sophomore year I got asked out of the blue, and it wasn't too bad since I was good friends with the guy beforehand, but I was still miffed. Junior year someone was planning to ask me when I didn't even want to go, and luckily I heard about it before he implemented his plan, and got everyone who was involved to tell him to not do it. I can't tell you how stressed and angry I was that a bunch of my friends were helping him, and didn't even ask what I wanted. Hey, I’m not just a character in your romantic dream, I’m a person with feelings and opinions too! Ask for them!Every girl is going to be different on what they want for promposals and whatever, but I advise being safe where you should be respectful first versus romantic.

Is prom overrated?

That depends. If you hate high school and the people there, you shouldn’t go to prom. It’s just a big pretentious expensive dance with decent food. You’ll spend $1000+ on the limo, your tux, his/her corsage, your ticket, your “after party outfit”, after party tickets, the late night diner, and tickets to Six Flags the following day. You’ll take pictures with other people you don’t like, and if you don’t know how to dance, you’ll feel awkward on the dance floor ago and off it.Then again, if you’re enjoying your high school experience and rate it as a 5 or more on a scale of 1–10 (10 meaning that you LOVE high school and will miss it dearly), and you can afford prom, then go. It’ll cost you over $1000+, but you’ll have memories that you’ll cherish forever about who you went with, and what you danced to, and the limo you rode, and the after party, so on.So, think about how you act at parties. If you’re the type to feel uncomfortable and sit on the couch, skip prom.If you’re the type to dance all night, then dance all night at prom.

Will she say yes to prom?

I want to ask this one girl to prom, let's call her her girl #1 for the sake of it. Unfortunately, one of her best friends, girl #2 wanted me to ask her. Too fix the situation I'm getting one of my friends who is in need of a date to ask girl #2 instead. Anyways, girl #1 has been flirting with me and I'm just worried that she won't say yes because of the fact that her friend wanted to go with me. So will girl #1 say yes if her friend now has a date? I was going to ask her by giving her a fake diamond ring on one knee (guys have gone pretty all out this year so I thought this was a funny yet cute way to do it).
