There is also a Payday Loan company known as FAST CASH OF AMERICA. They are in several midwestern and southern states, have their own web site, and they advertise: THE HOME OF THE 5 CENT MONEY ORDER. They will issue money orders (as many as you want) for FIVE CENTS EACH, but you must pay the fee and the amount of the money order IN CASH.

I'm planning to move in with my fiance in the US, and I need a source of work-from-home income that doesn't involve too much work on my part. I'm semi-disabled, so it's not laziness but necessity that motivates me. I'm stretched to the limits of my health with existing clients and projects, and I don't want to jump ship with them. I can spend some time in the preparation stage, but the sales have to be pretty much automatic. (A little promotion and follow-up customer care is doable).The first big question: product or service? A product seems less time-consuming. I don't mind if it's not my own product, but it does need to be something I care about. Something reliable with an existing market which almost sells itself and needs little networking or aftercare from me. Suggestions are invited! I have the skills to make a product look fabulous - see below.Alternatively, a service could be the answer. I have a reasonable grounding in all these skills: graphic design, formatting for print media, basic website building/maintenance (WordPress templates), video trailer creation (stock footage), email list setup/maintenance (MailChimp), and the psychology of marketing. I've been trying to sell these skills directly, but my network is a bit short of cash and there's a huge amount of competition. More lucrative markets for the same basic skills are out there, but they require a lot of network-building, and I hit on the same problem - lack of time. You would need to return to the place that issued the money order.I had to do that once, and the issuer had me write “not used as intended” somewhere on the money order.But don't write anything until they tell you to do so because the issuer may have a different policy than the place where I bought mine!They also had me write my name on the money order as the person who bought it, on a different line on the money order.The bottom line here is, you will most likely get the money back.But you may not get it back right away, because they may have a policy that requires you to wait until they can confirm it is in fact a money order they issued, and that varies from one company to another.Keeping that in mind, you may want to go during the week and during business hours even if the location is open late and on weekends because they may need to verify it by talking to someone at a different location in their main office which might be closed after hours and on weekends.

Yeah, same has happened to me. And it's my lovely state that has stalled unemployment extensions. Not blaming Mr. Byrd for passing away but blaming our governor for not temp replacing Byrd's position right after the funeral. So after he's replaced, which should be this Sunday, it will take time to get the new guy in office. I love it how our governor states he would be happy to step up and take Byrd's position in order to help out. LOL, he's not getting my vote.
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR MONEY ORDERS?
Alright so I have quite a few money orders that I need to cash with the amounts ranging from $20 to $100 dollars. I am 17 (underage) but I had ID's. The ID's that I have are my high school ID's and library card. When I received the money order the person had put Rachel S as the recipient. I was wondering if when I go to cash it just the "S" would be acceptable or if I could fill in my last name (Sinclair) before trying to cash it. Though, I wasn't sure if doing something like that would make the money order void because the sender's records would show the money going to a "Rachel S" and the person trying to cash it would be a "Rachel Sinclair". Please give me all the info you can about money orders!

I would create something so unique ( that can be for example a unprecedented mobile/smart phone. A new OS (desktop/tab etc.) which being unique and succesful, will give :1. Indian GDP a major Boost.2. Indian population a major employment breakthrough (Imagine lakhs of people working in google/apple/microsoft etc)3. Anti- Brain Drain4. India a chance to become technology Hub.5. Lot of money to me, which I can additionally contribute as CSR to society...A lot can happen, over a pile of money and skill...!!!

Depending on the size of the money order, the receiving financial institution or paying financial institution may refuse to honor the item. However, if it is for a relatively small dollar amount (less than a thousand or so) it probably won't be an issue if you just put a single line through your signature and send it. But if you want to be absolutely safe, print "not used for purpose intended" under your endorsement and bring it back to the issuer and get a replacement.
