Can someone translate something from Turkish to English?

It depends on the person first, that whether he is a billingual and has enough command over Turkish and English translation or not and secondly it depends on your passage which you want to translate from Turkish to English. For example I am a multilingual person I know some languages such as Urdu,Hindi(which is almost same as Urdu), Persian,Pushto, English and Turkish. I am aware enough of rules for translations between English and Turkish but there are some translation types which I am facing a bit difficulty in translation such as Judicial translations, I am not able to translate any Judiciary passages or texts from Turkish to English or vice versa. But i am good enough to translate the scientific, literature and Official documents from Turkish to English and vice versa. But if you face any kind of difficulties in translating some different kind of passages or texts, do have a look at turbotranslations. It’ll provide you the translation services in the shortest time possible without consisting of any kind of errors or mistakes in translations.

Will someone fluent in spoken Arabic define these words for me? pleASE give exact equivalents in English?

Well - in Ny city - I live an area with so many Arabic folks living there. I can't help hearing these words when they talk to each other - everywhere. Seems mostly MEN say them, though. these must be so important in their vocabulary - they repeat them CONSTANTLY. But these guys are mostly uneducated, though & low-class, I can tell.

Where can I market my online French & Arabic lessons?

This is my personal opinion, but I wouldn't go with lessons. If you try a Google search on "Learn French", you can see that you have quite a bit of competition there. Many people will probably advise you to build social media pages and communities. I personally wouldn't recommend focusing on that too much. This space is also very crowded, plus the attention to the product you are offering  is so low on social media that you might spend more time promoting it than getting any paid customers.I would say that you need to develop courses that are different from "language lessons" otherr people are offering. How to do that is a million-dollar question (literally). No one knows a perfect answer to it. I guess it depends on your creative abilities (can be self-learned) to transform the course into an exciting activity that people sign up for because they really see the value in it.I don't see too many people using this approach (most are developing more language lessons instead). So, you definitely have a chance to develop something different and better.
