He is nearly captured when Captain Navarre befriends him. Navarre has been hunted by the Bishop's men for two years, ever since he escaped with the Lady Isabeau who the Bishop has lusted after. Navarre and Isabeau have a curse that the Bishop has placed on them that causes Navarre to be a wolf during the night and Isabeau to be a hawk during the day. Navarre insists that Philipe help him re-enter the city to help him kill the heavily guarded Bishop. TRIVIA: The breed of horse that Navarre rides is a Friesian stallion that originated in the Netherlands, Rutger Hauer's native country. The breed was popular among medieval knights. The hawk's name is Little Pasta. Apparently, it died during production since the movie is dedicated to it. @Paulh, I don't think that's the one... i found the movie you're talking while searching actually... but i don't think that's the one.. the lead actor in Children of a Lesser God looks kind of middle age but the movie which I'm talking about the guy is kind of young and has short brownish hair.. I guess the lead actress is also very pretty... I don't remember this movie much actually.. i watched it long back.. don't remember the ending also I remember one other scene in which the sees her in a bus and follows her, i guess.. Let me know if u have any idea.. @Ryan, no i don't think so...
