i want to know which is the best. And which has the higher salary. Can you give me also what is the salary of an IT & Comsci a month, i need the amount so dont suggest to go to this site or whatever such as payscale.com.. And also please dont say that it depends on you, etc...i'm here because i need your advice on which is better and have a higher salary and i like them both.

Below are the findings during my 1.5 years stay at Samsung, Noida1. Indian engineers are not even considered good in programming skills, they are asked to appear in competency test to prove that they can develop something, otherwise regional adaptation (RA) is meant for them. 2. Korean superiors have no sense to talk. If some issue is taking some time to get fixed, director/PM directly says - "are you not an engineer" . Managers do nothing except acting like pressure cookers and offcourse Boot-licking the Koreans. (More like pre-independence era inside office.)3. Non-sense Attendance policies are already discussed by my fellow colleagues :P4. there is a good chance you get to visit Korea / China for atleast twice a year but that also depends upon the politics going on inside the teams. more you 'favour' your manager, greater are the chances. $50 DA is like paying to labor class in Korea. but still you can save a lot of money as there is not much time to spend.5. There is nothing like 'personal life' or 'work-life balance' there. Even if you are on leave, you will get calls regarding the status of issues. Managers dont hesitate to say 'call him/her' , he is on leave, not left the job.6. HR people do nothing except thinking how to make life more miserable. thinking of management is like we own these engineers. 7. My TL used to say jump out of the window if some tester finds out that your change-list has delayed some release.I can go on and on since I have spent or rather wasted 1.5 years of my life at that place. Thank god, life is not the same now.In short, no point thinking of this company, Do join samsung only if you want to get paid and dont do something good and has no problems in being a korean slave.P.S.EDIT :- Even after 6 months of leaving the company , I am very frustrated as they are not willing to co-operate in my PF transfer case. They say online PF withdrawal is not possible (even if the govt website clearly allows) and when I requested for withdrawal, again its pain in the ass :|

Dear friens I am sharing my axis young banker program journey ,ours was 8th batch and we were 840 young bankers selected for this program.In first trimester you will enjoy because u make new friends and new learnings and great teachers. 2) In 2nd trimester specialisation we were ranked based on 1st trimester marks and NISM DePOSITORY EXAM and here we got these specialisation as below(I) TXB RM - TARGET : CA (1 LAC N ABOVE) +REMITTANCE+LC +BG pls dnt think if doest have li target its good it has huge targets and huge pressure(II) Retail asset :It has many profile like car lian rm , personal loan rm,home loan rm etc and some pure operations like fraud control collection cresit officer etc again pls dnt think if it dnt have insurance target its good it has its own pressure and non target jobs has slow growth like u can expect promotion after 5 year(III)CBO,TREASURY ONLY MUMBAI OR MAY BE HYDERABAD but these profile has less growth and limited locationIV Trade finance officer ,txb cso : these are only data entry jobs V CSO -THIS profile is operations and sales mixed here u will face the ultimate hell everything u have current ac saving ac mutual fund insurance demat ac handling useless compliance for which u dont get any appreciation at the end of day they will ask how much u have sold their products and if not acheived they will ask u to buy from ur salary3) In 3rd trimester classes divided as per specualisatuon4) intership is upon u hw u use it 5)here starts the real fate when u got posting in the branch its not the branch you have given while doing program its something else6) ur salary after moratium period is something 13k or 14k depending location if u r loan applicant7)please dont think u r paying only 4 LAC RUPEES Actually ur paying AROUND 6 LAC RUPEE WITH INTEREST8)1st year there is little bit relaxation of pressure but after 1 year they will literally grab your throat to get business9)young banker program will make u cry +die + no lifeStill interested then HAPPY AXIS YOUNG BANKER PROGRAM ALL THE BESTBUT PSU YOUNG BANKER PROGRAM IS FAR GOOD THAN THIS USRLESS PROGRAM THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AND I TOO MET MANY YOUNG BANKER FROM PREVIOUS BATCH LIKE 6TH 7th 5th ALL HAVE SAME STORY THEY ARE ONLY CONTINUING FOR PAYING LOANWANT TO BE AXIS YOUNG BANKER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
