I Need To Gain Weight But Still Lose Almost 2 Inches

How do I lose 2 inches off my waist in 1 week?

Why you have to do in one week, when you can achieve the result just in one day.Normally these type of fascinating questions come in our mind when we want to loose weight pretty badly and don’t want to put any efforts required for it. Then we have access to Youtube videos and blog posts which says have abs in one week and loose that stubborn belly fat in one week. The problem is not wrong information which is available here and there but our desire to get fit and our desperation which makes us believe all that shit.If we are talking in terms of workout to loose weight, Its a simple process of muscle destruction and regeneration by quality food. So every day you workout you destroy part of your muscles and every time you eat after workout including micro nutrients like protein (building blocks of muscles) , carbs, fat, fibers, you are putting better quality muscle than you had yesterday. You will get better day by day but it’s not an overnight process and definitely you will not get the results in one week. But if you decide to take this road with consistency it will give you the best result in terms of body shape and mental strength.So if you really want to change something in your body, first thing you have to change is your mindset to put enough efforts to achieve that.2. If you are talking in terms of just dieting, then you have to go for calorie deficit diet and your metabolism has to shift to ketosis, so that your body start burning stored fat to fuel itself. Again it takes time for metabolism to shift to this state not a week process. Why am I still gaining weight?

I have been exercising to two videos on Gabriella Whited s YouTube Channel (about 15 minutes of muscle building in the thighs, butt, and stomach) every day without skipping, and I ve been eating a high protein low fat diet for almost 2 weeks now and at the beginning I lost 2 lbs but since then I ve gained 4 lbs of fat and my stomach is 1.5 inches wider??? Am I doing something wrong? This is making me so depressed :(

It is different for each person because everyone loses weight in different spots and everyone stores weight in different spots. But the general rule-of-tumb is 10 lbs per size, and 2 inches between dress sizes. So 9lbs would be almost 2 inches, and almost a size.

You are a young lady who is still in the process of growing. I know so many girls who were 13 and were 5'6 and weighed 165 lbs, then in the 7th grade I saw them slim down ALOT! Your barely 13 years old, you have so many years to develop still. Anorexia and bulimia is not the way to solve weight issues (which you don't have in the first place!) As a matter of fact the more you try to become anorexic or bulimic your actually slowing down your matabolism. If you want to feel better about your self, simply eat healthy and don't drink/eat so much soda's and candy's and keep going to dance classes and just be active. When I was your age, I too was self-consious about my weight, it following threw out all of my teen years, I was constantly worring about my weight and always dieting and just all of this. I know it's hard when you see so many smaller girls than you, you then feel like you must be fat since you don't look like them...Hun, I was the same way. You have to try to understand now at this age, that every body is different, and your are perfect were your at. Enjoy your teenage-hood with out the insecurities, just be happy dear and don't let other people's stupid opinions about your appearance. Be a better person and ignore them and believe in yourself that you are beautiful and they are ignorant teens who feel better about themselves when they put others down. There opinions shouldn't matter, the opinion of yourself should only matter. Love yourself hun.
Don't feel like you have to change just to be accept by others, you'll find people who will accept you for you, ignore the rest.

Im 13 and weight 82 pounds im 5 ft 2 inches tall am i really underweight? How much should i gain ? How many calories should i eat?

You're underweight by about 20 lbs! Please try and gain weight. You should be eating between 1500-2000 calories.

What was your baby's birth weight, lowest weight and what did they way at 3 weeks?

I know ever baby is different but my daughter doesn't seem to be making much progress when it comes to gaining weight I got her weighed today and I was so surprised I thought she would have gained a lot cause she has really started to fill out and has really chubby cheeks lol.

Her birth weight was 6lbs exactly.

Her lowest weight was 5lb 7oz

Shes not quite 3 weeks but 2 weeks 5 days and today she only weighed 6lb 3oz.

She has been 18 inches long since she was born and she was 18 inches today.

They said it was nothing to worry about yet but I am worrying.

It seems like very slow progress if any.
