You’re kidding right?I know what you’re thinking: “there’s no way an anime character is stronger than Goku. He can blow up planets”. Or something along those lines.That’s irrelevant and is a terrible way of measuring a characters strength.For example: Beatrice from ReZeroShe’s not the “fastest” character and certainly can’t blow up planets.But she has terrifying abilities like:Ability to tear through space.Drain a targets mana to the point of death.Freeze time.And many other abilities that put her on par with characters who are physically stronger.So “physical strength” is never a good indicator of “strongest” when it comes to anime.-Getting back to Goku for a second, here are some characters who can easily annihilate Goku without struggle:Goddess Madoka (Madoka Magica)I’m not gonna go through her full list of abilities, but let’s put it this way: she’s capable of wiping a being from existence, similar to Zeno.And that’s only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to her immense power.-Alastor - Flame Of Heaven (Shakugan No Shana)Alastor is a crimson denizen in Shakugan No Shana. He’s said to be the only one who can challenge the “god of creation”.Forget Naruto and all those “basic” universes everyone talks about as if they’re the strongest outside of DB.They’ve got nothing on Shakugan No Shana, and Alastor is too strong even for a guy like Goku.-Devil Homura (Madoka Magica)She’s said to be even more powerful than Goddess Madoka. Which is ridiculous when you realize how powerful Goddess Madoka is.In fact - Homura (and goddess Madoka) would crush every anime character in the DB universe. Including Goku without question.I’m a fan of both series (DB and Madoka Magica), so I know what I’m talking about. Zeno would struggle against Devil Homura.Is Goku the strongest anime character?Obviously not.Don’t take my word for it. There are plenty of anime fans (who have a good amount of knowledge) who will tell you the same.There aren’t hundreds of anime characters stronger than Goku, but there are some who are too powerful in comparison.

::SPOILERS AHEAD::I will say it is NarutoLets compare them:1.ProtagonistThe protagonists are similar in way, but are also highly different. Both protagonists, like in almost every shōnen, are stupid and goofy. But Goku, unlike Naruto, was extremely strong to begin with. He never had any goals or dreams. He never got much character development, apart from the fact that he kept getting stronger.Naruto, on the other hand, shows great character development, from becoming a weak and a 'hyperactive knucklehead ninja' to an extremely strong ninja that everyone loved and respected. Naruto had a big dream, a dream to become the Hokage of his village and gain everyone's respect.So in terms of Character development Naruto wins.2.The Bad GuysI don't believe anybody can be born evil. There has to be some reason or a circumstance that may induce an individual to go down the wrong path, but I don't believe in anyone being pure evil. The villains in Dragon Ball Z are evil because they want to be. There isn't much depth in any of the villains as they all have the exact same goal - Conquering/Destroying the Universe.Whereas the villains in Naruto have a lot more depth in them. There is a reason for why they became evil, and, they all have well explained back-story. For example -:Obito Uchiha, Nagato/Pain And Madara Uchiha respectively.3. Fight ScenesThe fights in DBZ are just based on whose is more powerful. They are totally unplanned and many times to fast to be visible. Any one can guess what is the next thing going to happen(most of the times a transformation..).But in Naruto the fights are mostly based on strategies. It is not necessary the stronger will win ( Shikamaru is the perfect example here). The fight sequences include a lot of deceptions and include a variety of attacks like ninjutsu,genjutsu,taijutsu and senjutsu.4.MusicThe thing is that i do not even remember the OST ( original soundtracks ) of DBZ while Naruto music is considered a masterpiece and was always use to give me goosebumps.5.DeathsMany of the deaths in DBZ were really emotional but the fact is that they never die(permanently) if they die they will be brought back to life with the helps of Dragon Balls but in Naruto if they die ,they die. (Except Gaara And Kakashi)

I think they like a lot of Japanese cartoons like Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon, and maybe Naruto. hmm soo I think if you could find the English dubbed versions of shows like that they would be interested. I'm not sure which actual American or English cartoons they watch though.

kai is basically a condensed version of dbz and remastered from everything to picture and sound. some battles or bad guys were taken out (ones that were small and unimportant.) only new footage are are openings and endings. they just came out with this version for the 20th anniversary of the series. if you guy it its just a shorter better looking and sounding version. take look at the link it tells you everything.
