I Need To Learn Singing But My Voice Is Not So Good

Can I train to have a good singing voice if I have a really bad one?

Having a bad singing voice is not the end of your singing ambition. You can actually turn into a great singer even though you started of as bad one. This video will show you lessons on how to improve your singing voice:Whether you’ve been trying to make something out of your voice for years or you’re just getting started LearnToSing TV has a free 90 minute audiobook (which you can download for free) on helping you become a singer people actually WANT to listen to: The ONE THING That will Improve Your Singing Immediately (Full Free Audiobook Download)I think this video answers your question. I’m a pretty visual learner though. Some basic singing tips for beginner singers who don’t know where to start! Most of my videos are geared toward singers who have a baseline understanding of pitch and a certain amount of control over their vocal cords. But I made this video to answer some questions I’ve been getting from subscribers who feel like they’re right at the VERY BEGINNING of their singing journey and feel like they “suck,” haha. I don’t want to leave you guys out in the cold, so here are some of the top ways you can make some headway, including: (1) working within your vocal range so you find songs that are easiest to sing for you, (2) starting very small with manageable, focused tone (which is easiest to control), (3) opening up your FACE which is where your tone and resonance is produced, (4) learning to not be afraid of sounding stupid or not like “yourself” when you go to sing.Hopefully these singing techniques, tips, and tricks will help you on your singing journey!! xo FelFor more singing tips videos, lessons on how to improve your singing, song breakdowns and other goodies, please don’t forget to subscribe!

Can i learn to sing if my voice sucks?

vI started singing in 10th grade at high school, sang bass because I couldn't match pitch and sang an octave below sopranos. Because of humility and Jesus, I went to College sang tenor, and majored in Music. Before then I only got single lines in musicals and was renowned for being sucky at singing. I am now a Junior, I recently placed 1st at a NATS singing competition against 16 of my peers around the east side of this state, and have gotten the tenor lead role at my school the last 6 semesters. In other words, my entire college career. I call that a miracle, proof of God, and proof that you can do it too.

Good luck!

Is having a pure singing voice a good thing????

Babies are born with a natural singing voice. They are not afraid to let you know the have a sticky diaper or that they are hungry. They wail with the best of them. But children are told to be seen and not heard, to sit down and shut up. They are stiffled! You have to find your natural singing voice. You have to sing it as it is and mean it so people will listen and react. Watch how a baby inhales deep before they let it all out and watch their mouth as it opens like a bell ringing out. Think about this and ponder, it is the basis of a good singing voice. Sing what you mean and say it loud and proud.

Told i have a good voice but too shy to sing?

Ive done singing lessons for a year last year but it wasnt professional singing lessons it was just really cheap lessons. People always tell me i have a good voice but i dont know im just too shy to sing infront of people ive sang infront of my auntys and friends and family and they say im good.

Ive been offereed to do concerts from my singing school and plays and ive just turned everything down due to my shyness

But im too shy to sing infront of any of the people at my school cause im scared theyll judge me.

Ive never sang infront of a big crowd before. What should i do i love to sing but its kind of just a hidden talent like no one at my school except for my friends know i can sing because im too shy to sing infront of anyone.

What should i do how do you sing infront of big crowds? Should i just give up

advice please

How do I learn to sing good without lessons?

See, it's best if you take singing lessons because the coaches tell you the right tecnique but it's not the only way.

1)I've advised a lot of people who don't take lessons to go onto "Expert Villiage" www.expertvilliage.com
and search for singing.

2)Even youtube has some good vocal training videos.

3)You need to develop several asects, your chest voice/mixed voice, falsetto, head voice, vibrato, modulations and hitting the note properly(most imp)...in order to do that you should consult someone perhaps, join a choir, you will find some vocally trained preofessionals who are eager to help.

4)Does your school have a singing teacher, if so, it's best to tell him that you want to sing.

5)Practcing with a keyboard teaches one about hitting the note, but it WILL NOT tell you if you're singing correctly or not

6)Check out brathing excercises to help you out with the voice control

7)It's all on the internet, it's all out there, and you absolutely do not need a vocal teacher, there are many other ways to develop a nice singing voice.

8)MOST IMPORTANT: Practice..without practice you'll be nothing.
A lot of people dream of singing, but they do not realise that it's a dream that can come true easily with just practive

Hope that helped, best of luck and enjoy singing :)

Modulating voice and singing on karaoke?

To modulate is to change keys. I do not know if that was what your mother meant to say, and I am a bit confused by the wording, but I will try my best to help.

To make it easier to switch keys (or modulate) I found that it was a lot easier after singing harmonies in my caroling group because majority of the harmonies start a third higher or lower. Everyone would find there harmony by going a third higher or lower than the last person. You could try something similar. Get pitch pipe and practice creating harmony to the last note (could do this on a piano as well). Then of course there are always vocal exercises you could do as well.

As for your voice getting higher, are you talking about the key you sing in or the sound quality of the mic. Because when I sing and it is recorded it always sounds a little higher and kiddish. And by singing lower do you mean you went down octive? And just for tips in general, get a good distance from the mic. Not too close, but not too far. You want to be heard, but you do not want to eat the mic. or get feedback (such as the mic. picking up your breathing). I hope this helped.
