you are : 55 kilograms = 121.254244 pounds (sorry i'm from the U.S. and we use pounds) so you are 121 pounds) your BMI is 19.5 i'd say you are closer to being underweight .. but you are in the normal range: i'l show you:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
you are perfect!

Since Christmas I have lose 20 Kilos. I am stuck at 97~92 kg. What can I do?

Get a bodyfat test at your gym Once you know your lean body mass (what you weigh without the fat) then you can calculate your Resting Metabolic Rate. That number is how many calories you burn every day without doing anything. So you add that number to the amount of calories you burn exercising. That is the total number of calories you need to consume every day just to maintain your weight. Once you know that number, subtract ten percent from it. Then just eat that amount every day. You should lose about 2-3 pounds a week.

Of course, this is assuming that you are truely eating healthy. A healthy diet involves eating 5-6 times a day; about every 3 hours. This speeds up your metabolism. When you wait to long between eating, your metabolism slows down. Its better to keep fed, then you are always burning.

Also, DO NOT SKIP MEALS. This plays havoc on your metabolism and makes your body go into starvation mode. This means your body actually burns LESS fat than it would if you were eating regularly.

How much weight can i lose in 5-6 weeks?

maximum weight loss that you want to go for, to remain healthy, over a 6 weeks period is 24 lbs - this is the very maximum and i would really suggest that you only try to lose 12-18 lbs.

More than this is not healthy.

Try to lose it by both an extended exercise regime + restricting your diet, by diet i mean cutting out any snack, chocolates and alchole for the 6 week period.
If you put in 1 hour per day of exercise then this will be enough to sustain a healthy weight lose.

How do I lose 5 kgs in 10 days?

Based on my 1.5 yrs of fitness experience, i can say, It is difficult to loose 5 kg weight in 10 days. Its an unrealistic goal you are trying to achieve.But its not impossible.I won't give you any false hope but below mentioned points can help you loose some weight without compromising on your health.Burning fat and bringing down body fat percentage is not a day job. You have to be very strict with your diet. Diet plays major role and is in ratio of 70:30. 70% diet, 30 % workout or whatever physical exercise you do.If you want to try and get some result in 10 days, you can follow below things :No sugar for 10 days.No junk food .No spicy and oily food.No carbohydrates. This will be slightly difficult.To cut down carbs completely is not at all recommended. But lower your carbs intake or completely avoid it.5. Eat green vegetables, drink plenty of water. Yea I said plenty of water.6. Avoid carb intake before going to bed. No carbs for dinner.If you are able to do above things , you may loose some weight but I am not sure how much. Do a BMI before u start following it. Do another BMI after 10 days and write down the difference. If it is effective, follow it for few months and you will see significant change.And don't set a short target of something which is not at all possible. This will demotivate you.Rather go for a long term target, work hard, be strict with your diet and you will see the difference.

How much calories should I burn to lose 5 kg in a month? I am 1.67 cm (5’6) and weigh 55 kg (122 lbs)?

5kg is too much in a month.You’ll lose some muscle, some water and some fat. Because you’ll be ‘starving’ yourself, you might find your body tries hard to store fat.If you can cut the rate to half that, you can lose nearly all fat and it’s much easier to keep off.5kg of fat (20 packs of butter, it’s a LOT!) is about 7,700kCal/kilo = 38,500kCal for 5kg … or around 1300kCal/day. Too much. Half that is already going beyond a limit.If you buy eight packs of butter, put them in a fridge to remind you —— and lose 2kg in a month, you’ve lost the equivalent of that amount of butter. It’s really not a bad effort!

How do I lose 5 kgs in a month?

Remember, when uncle Ben said ?With faster weight loss, you might have muscle loss as well, Peter :)So, you have a goal in your mind, 5 KG in a month. That is good you are willing to get into a shape. I am trying to do the same.There are few things you can follow, I will not say to stay away from junk food and all. When it comes to weight loss there is only one thumb rule.Stay in caloric deficit (Calorie restriction) to loose weightDo following things to loose weightCalculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) online. Basal Metabolic Rate is the minimal caloric requirement needed to sustain life in a resting individual. This is the amount of energy your body would burn if you slept all day (24 hours).So this will be you basic requirement to maintain your current weight. All you need to do is consume less amount of calories that your BMR.That is all you need to do in order to loose weight. But you add some physical activities to burn more calories likeExerciseRunningWalking e.t.cSo the key point is everything is based on your diet. There are certain way by which you can do that.You can divide you overall meals in 4 or 6 parts (according to your caloric consumption) and have it in day.Ketogenic diet : The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet . The diet forces the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates.Intermittent fasting : IF is not a diet, it is pattern of eating. In which you will be fasting for 16 to 18 hours of day and eating for 8 to 6 hours of day. This seems difficult in a start but as time will go you will find it more easy and efficient.I am not giving any explanation because you will find tons of things on google about them explaining in scientific details.So, this was about loosing weight/ fat. Now moving to your question. Suppose you loose 5 KG in a month by starving yourself (which is not good), what after that ? what after a month? Will you go back to your regular routine and gain weight ?My point is don’t keep it for a specific month or time period, it is always better to incorporate in your life. Once you get in descent shape then you can think about putting on some muscle mass as well.If you don’t know where to start there are tons of article on Internet and thousands of videos on YouTube. You can always learn.Thanks for reading. I hope this will help. let me know your points, I am learning as well.Image source Google
