Veggies are anything green and 1–2 cups per meal.Train intensely with weights, “metabolic circuit” fashion, for 30 minutes every other day. Full-body routines, focusing on squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and carrying.Walk an hour every day. Easy, leisurely walking. Not jogging, or running.Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water every day. For example, a 200 pound person should drink 100 ounces of water. That’s about 12 cups.Sleep at least 7 hours a night. This. Is. A. I lost 22 pounds in a month, and it wasn't that easy. If your looking for an easy diet then this isn't for you.

I used to eat like 1000 calories when I was overweight, and I reduced my calorie intake by a lot. Everyday I ate 200-310 calories each day, I skipped breakfast and lunch, and just ate dinner. My dinner time was about 3:00, mostly because I go to school and my parents don't have time to make dinner later. I asked my parents if I could make my own dinner and they agreed, this was my dinner everyday for one month:

1. Bocca Burger (Vegan, 70 calories)
2. Steamed white rice (About 2oz-1oz contains 190 calories)
3. Raw carrots (One calories 13-36, depending on the serving size)

#1 Rule: Don't eat any junk food, or have any cheat days!

I ate this for one month! I also exercised! I ran on the treadmill for 60 minutes and would burn 1000 calories on the treadmill ( I was on a speed of 5.5). I did about 100 pushups, 200 leg ups, 100 jumping jacks, and I also sprinted in my backyard for 15 minutes each day. Plus the one mile that is required in my P.E class helped me a lot too. This was my diet plan for one month and I lost 22 pounds, I am also 13 years old, so it might be different for you if your older.

this is not very healthy but my dad lost 68 pounds in 2 months all you have to do is drink slim fast 3 times a day no food no soda just water and take a multi vitamin that it this is not healthy though my dad just wanted a quick fix it works i promise but you should watch your body if you feel real bad you should get off the diet this is kinda dangerous but it does work i swear

Loosing 20 pounds in a month and realy tone up my stomach, arms and legs.?

i did it before but i got back into bad habbits and gained all but 5 pounds back on cuz all i do is lay around.
now i need a total body makeover in a month cuz thats when summer starts and im going for 2 weeks to lay around on the beach in a bikini in flordia i have to loose 20 pounds in 25 days idc what you say i did it before and kept it off besides my bad habits.
but this time im stuck in a rut and i cant seem to get out of my junk food and lazy ways of sitting on the laptop all day.
plz help i have to loose 20 pounds and make my stomach rock hard in 30 days. and im stuck in a rut!

i lost 20 pounds in about 2 months ! i ate around 1000 calories and it worked without me even having to exercise. the thing is, the fatter you are , the easier it is to lose weight. i was fat and lost 20 pounds easily now, its sooooo much harder for me to lose 1 pound. it takes about 2 weeks when it used to take about 3.5 days. so it really depends on how fat u are. good luck!

20 lbs in 6 months shouldn't be a challenge for you :)

5 days of P.E. and 2 days of color guard practice. That sounds like a good amount of activity to lose weight.

If nothing is happening than most likely it's your diet. You are still eating too much. Stop eating any junk/fast food for now (you will remove a huge amount of calories this way) and eat more of the healthy stuff. If that doesn't work then decrease your intake a bit.

Don't skip meals. Your metabolism goes down when you go hungry (didn't eat for more than 4 hours) and you need your metabolism to burn the weight. Low metabolism means no weight lost, even if you do workout and eat healthy.

Like I said, 20 lbs is easy to remove. You just have to stick with it long enough to get the result.
