Well dear , losing 30 pounds in 2 weeks is very unhealthy . You may suffer from hormonal change and your body will be very very weak . The best way to calculate the exercise routine and plan a diet is based on how much is your weight and height and how much you want to loose . Following is a similar plan once I have prepared for a friend . You can take tips .. WEEK 1 :Current weight : 90 kilo /198.416 pound Goal 1st week : 88 kilo /194.007 poundCalories to burn : 650 per day-- to lose 1.8 Kilo / 4 pounds in a week .  from second week we will change the routine .don't exceed 2160 calories perday . if you exceed 2160 you have to burn more then 650 + exceeded amount of calories by doing more exercise . Please note that you should not eat less than 2160 calories as well . we will not follow a hard routine because losing a lot of weight very fast will affect your health and can cause hormonal change which is not good . The following routine is mild and i have prepared the chart with proper calculation. Follow strictly. Day 1 ( example )  :  this routine is under the per day calorie count . you will not exceed 2160. breakfast : 1 cup skim milk ,1 orange , 1 cup / small bowl of cereal . lunch : salad with 100 grams roasted or grilled chicken (very little salt) . 1 whole wheat bread . yogurt afternoon : medium bowl of sprouts  dinner : boiled rice , plain dal ( lentil )  without oil, 100 grams grilled vegetable , 1/2 banana .Exercise :  calories to burn 600NO chips No coffee No oily food. 3 - 4 hrs gap between food andsleep No processed food .No bakery No ice-creamNo water during mealNEVER SKIP MEAL and FIX YOURTIME TABLE . Eat lots of vegetables and whole wheat. Don't eat anything white (i.e. pasta, potatoes, sugar etc.) Drink plenty of fluids. Take a fibre pill that will make you feel full.

Get out there and just walk as fast as you can for as long as you can at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

The weight will come down. But you will not loose 30-40 pounds in two weeks! BUT you will, in two weeks, loose some weight, feel better about yourself and continue your eating and exercise routine until you fit in that bathing suit. CARBS 2. FATS 3. Can I lose 40 pounds in 7 weeks?

So it's back to school and the time to lose weight. I weigh 160 pounds, I'm 5'2" so I think a healthy weight for me would be 120 pounds? I need to know the fastest way(s) to lose weight without like becoming bulemic.
I' already biking 5 laps around the lake by my house. I do 30 crunches, 10 push ups, and hover in plank for 1 minute--every morning before breakfast and before I go to sleep.
So people of Yahoo I really need your help. Tell me how to lose this weight!

How can I lose 40 pounds in 3 weeks??

I have been heavy all my life with is about 6 times longer than you.

1. Start eating slower. Do that tonight!

2. To start dieting, change the food you eat slowly. Start drinking water instead of Coke and that included Diet Coke.

3. Then in a few days, stop the cookies and cakes and start on fruits and vegetables.

4. Then a week later, at the dinner table, leave some meat on your plate and ask for more vegetables.

5. For breakfast, have a hard boiled egg or 1 cup raisin bran with skim milk.

Do this slowly not all in one day! Change your diet over a week or two. After you made these changes, the weight will start to come off. The trick is to be consistant and stick to the new way of eating. Good luck!
