I love turbo jam, its the one workout plan that has worked for me, i've lost more weight and inches in less time than I ever did from just cardio.

It depends on what you're current consumption is like, remember that 3500 calories = 1 pound, so cut 1000 calories a day, depending on what you eat right now ( dont go below 1200 calories though) and then work off 1000 calories a day and you'll lose a pound every 2 days.

usually the slower you lose the weight, the more successful you will be to keep it off, so 7 pounds in 2 months sounds excellent. typical advice would be 1-2 pounds per week. heavier people can lose 2-3 per week because it is a smaller percentage of their weight, but those last 10 pounds is a big change for your body, so even 1/2 a pound per week is success.
one suggestion is to check with your doctor to see if your goal weight would be healthy for you.

hi, i'm going on vacation in mid-august, and i wanted to lose weight so i can look good in my bikini. i need a diet that'll help me and so i can be consistant with it. problem is i hate vegetables and i don't eat much fruit, so i need something to help me. vegetables that i would ONLY consider eating would be, brocolli, lettuce, and corn. the ONLY fruits that i would eat would be bananas, grapes and apples. if anyone can help me please, it would be greatly appreciated! thank you so much!
