Also, try eating eggbeaters and grapefruit for breakfast, a mid morning snack of a few pieces of deli turkey, grilled chicken breast and green vegetable with a half a potato or a cup of rice for lunch, a mid afternoon snack of a few more slices of turkey and a dinner of grilled chicken or grilled fish with a side of green vegetables and a baked potato. Add that to all the water and the iced tea and walk a little bit each day and you should be able to do it. Of course, the more you weigh to begin with, the more calories you burn, so if you're like 200 pounds you'll burn calories faster than someone who is 120 pounds. Good luck.

No fried foods. At all.
Steam all your vegetables.
Eat lots of fruits, but only 1 mango a day, if you do choose to eat mangoes.

I think you should do about 100 push ups, and 100 sit ups a day.

No fruit juice or any kind of soda unless it's diet.
No carbohydrates like bread etc.
Exercise the first thing in the morning to kick start your metabolism.

If you do all that, yes you should be able to lose at least a pound a day. I lose about 2 pounds a day on average, until this winter season. No idea why. But it should work. Depends a lot on your metabolism as well. But good luck love! You can do it!!

How am I supposed to lose weight asap?

I'm a 16 year old girl, and I would like to lose as much weight as I can before my speech comes up for ASB elections.
I'm actually 150 pounds, and my body is pretty big. I just want to lose enough weight so I can rock a hott outfit when i say my speech. I was thinking pencil skirt?

Please give me any advice you have for losing weight. I'm cutting down on snacks, and not eating after six. I'm also planning on drinking as much water as I can.

White flour is just as bad as eating sugar, if not worse. If you eat a lot of pasta, this is not good as the carbs become sugar that your body can't process, so it stores extra energy as fat for when it needs it in the future. Same goes for starchy veggies like potatoes and carrots.

Watch your portion sizes and keep a journal of everything you eat. Figure out how many calories your body needs to stay the size it is (BMR), then figure out your caloric max for the day in order to lose 2 pounds a week.

Losing weight doesn't always mean eating healthy. Diet drinks/shakes, bars or diet pills or whatever, they're not "healthy," so watch out for those. The reason they work if you stick to them is it reduces your caloric intake, but so does starving yourself (fasting). Not very healthy!

Research "clean eating." Eat whole grain (good carbs)and fruits and veggies. Eat the fruit rather than drink it - you're just pumping your body full of sugar and you shouldn't drink your calories as this does nothing to help you feel full/less hungry. at first its a couple a day but then it slows down to 1lb every day, then gradually 1lb every 2 days
don't go longer than 7 days
and when you're done, eat only fruit for 3 days. start out with 400 calories worth, then 800, then 1400, then resume normal eating. its to stop you gaining weight and to get your metabolism back to normal

you should lose up to 14-15lb in the whole 10 days. more if you are very overweight now

oh and humans can go over 30 days without food, anywhere up to 80 days.
30 is for someone who's already skinny.

Biking is terrific for you legs, especially your thighs. Alright, one things you must do is eat cinnamon before a meal. What it does is lower you blood sugar so the carbs from your meal won't shoot into your blood and be stored as fat. I'm 5'6 and 93(I know, underweight blah blah), what I do every morning is taking half a multi vitamin(you're telling your body that it has all the nutrients and doesn't need to go into starvation mode), bite into a cinnamon stick(glucose control), drink down diced jalapenos and ginger root(metabolism kick), then you should eat a protein source(also controls blood sugar when eaten with carbs, I'll tell you what in a minute), I usually eat 2% cottage cheese. Then you should Fiber One Original cereal about 1/2-1 cup(This is fiber that makes your metabolism faster and keeps you full) then top it off with 1/5-1/4 an avocado(good fat that makes you metabolism faster) then drink down a hot cup of lemon water, a bunch of help with digestion that wakes up your liver. Snack on some cottage cheese throughout the day for fiber and blood glucose control along with cinnamon. For lunch and dinner try to only eat salad and fruits, with cinnamon before hand. The salad though should only have vinegar and olive/avocado oil as dressing, I know it sounds restrictive but it works. Try to stay withing 1200-1400 calories. I hope this helps.
