I need to lose weight FAST. ?

Limit your calories to 500 calories a day or less. If you feel that's too low, start with 800.
No fried foods. At all.
Steam all your vegetables.
Eat lots of fruits, but only 1 mango a day, if you do choose to eat mangoes.
Remember to count your calories even when you're eating fruits!

If you do all that, yes you should be able to lose at least a pound a day. I lose about 2 pounds a day on average, until this winter season. No idea why. But it should work. Depends a lot on your metabolism as well. But good luck love! You can do it!!

and dont eat fried foods, and
i already lost ten pounds in
two weeks, it works try it out.
put some good music on your ipod and go.
and dont listen to those idiots, one day when

Hello, I'm 330 lbs ( Pounds ) and I know I'm fat please don't make me feel worse than I am... I drink a lot of regular soda and I don't excersize much and I need a plan... I want to loose basically 130 pounds and be around 200 pounds maby less but 200 is my goal. I need help with three things


1. What can I do to not crave soda ( if I don't drink soda I'll loose like 20 pounds )
2. What can I do to not eat everything in sight?
3. what excersizes can I do with a big belly at home ( Lol )
4. What meal plan can I do at work as well as at home?
5. What can I do right now to help myself feel better?
6. Any websites that are free that can help me monitor my weight and eating habbits ( OR REALLY CHEAP )?

Well, try exchanging some of the things you eat. Say try eating things like:
-apples
peanut butter
-nuts
-sunflower seeds
-flavored water
-celery
-any kind of melon
-fish
Also drink a small glass of milk with every meal because it will help you feel more full so you will eat less. Nuts and berries do the same thing. Eat more salads but not with tons of dressing. Try eating it with little dressing or no dressing at all. You can also have sodas and stuff but try to mix soda with club soda or seltzer because it tastes exactly the same, but with fewer calories. Also get a treadmill because believe it or not, running makes you less hungry. Set the mode to fat burn and walk for 30 minutes twice a day. It will help you burn more calories and you will feel full. Also if you must have snacks, try eating half of them at a time. Just because the extra food is there doesn't mean you have to eat it. The people who make the bags don't care if you get overweight. That just means more money for them. That's why you shouldn't try weight loss programs like Weight Watchers either. These companies need you to stay fat because if you got great results, then they would have lost a customer. And also when you're hungry, don't eat anything. You're body is trying to fool you into thinking you're hungry, even when you're not. Also drink lots of water. Drink about 40 oz of water a day. People lose 25 more pounds just from adding water to their diet. Hope this all helped!

I want/need to lose weight, but I can't stop eating?

I'm fat. I know I am because I'm about 40-50 pounds overweight. I want to lose weight so bad and I try to eat well and exercise, but it's so difficult. The exercising part isn't too hard since I've found things I really like to do. But it's the eating that makes me so frustrated with myself.
For example, tonight at 10:30 I decided to eat a huge thing of nachos for no effing reason. I knew it wouldn't be a good idea, but the evil side of myself kept saying "don't worry, this will be the last time and you'll start eating good tomorrow". The moment I put the last chip in my mouth I absolutely regretted eating the nachos...
What can I do to stop this reoccurring cycle of bad eating habits?? This has been happening for the past 5 years and summer is approaching and I'm tired of seeing my downright ugly cottage cheese legs. Please, do you have any tips and suggestions? I really appreciate anything! And please don't just say "uh, just stop eating fatty". Trust me, I say that to myself everyday but it's obviously and sadly not working...

I want to lose weight so bad?

I'm 20 a guy and feel fat sometimes ha. Since I had a girlfriend for the first time I really want to lose weight I always felt "big" with her I'm not fat but could lose weight . I'm a chef which makes it harder I can go all day eating healthy usually like fruit for breakfast (before I skipped it ) and then soup for lunch . Swim in the afternoon , and then it comes to 10 at night and I binge eat like chips and steak because it's offered to me and I can't say no and then I feel bad after I just can't say no and if I do I still feel like I need to eat. I'm not worried so much about my body but I hate my fat cheeks
