If you are easily offended stay away from the deep web. Since it is anonymous there is some real bad stuff. But it is not all like that. It is actually more boring then you would figure. If you see something that you don't like, just move on. What I use it for (since it seems knowledge is illegal) is to look up things that could get me on "the list" (yes I am a card carrying member of The Tin Foil Hat Society). Like how to make this or that. Not that I ever will, I just want to know. Anyway, make sure that you are using the most updated version of the Tor bundle. Do not use your everyday browser. There where reports of a bug that caused the 403 error, but that has been fixed. Also why onion.to? All links should be *.onion. You can use Tor without being a relay. It is good that you are, every little bit helps. Does Tor work on regular internet sites? If you are going to spend some time exploring the deep wed, I recommend a live cd (or usb) called TAILS or Liberte Linux. There are many things in your computer that will compromise your anonymity. These live distros route ALL traffic through the tor network and there is no software on them that will compromise your anonymity. Sorry I could not give you a real answer, but it beats the snot out of the one you got before.

HELP. My internet provider blocked certain video streaming websites? Can I bypass this?
I use a 54 mbps connection for around $5000 in my currency, I think. And if for example I try to watch videos from sites like gorrillavid, movpod, or others, it says that the video cannot be accessed or the stream isn't found. AND if I try this same site on another internet connection $10000 one, then I get through easily. Sites like nowvideo, videoweed work. But the shows I want to watch mostly have gorrillavid and movpod links. So my question is, did my internet provider block certain video streaming sites so that it would force me to pay more to watch? Or is something wrong with MY internet connection? And is there anyway to bypass this block? Like can I use a website to watch these same videos from gorrillavid and movpod but through another video player or something? PLEASE HELP?
