I Only Drink Bottled Water

I only drink bottled water. Is this bad for me?

It is not bad for you, but if that is the main way you get your water, make sure you recycle the bottles. It takes decades and decades for those to break down, which is not really good for the environment. As long as you recycle it when you can, it is perfectly fine. I drink bottled water also.

Bottled water can be bad in only one way. Don't leave it in the heat for hours and hours. Like, if you have water in the car on a hot day, and drink it like a day later when it has already cooled down. Some of the plastic from the bottle could actually melt into the water and this can be dangerous to drink. I have seen some articles talking about studies done on this, and it has been linked to cancer. I don't want to scare you or anything, you would likely have to drink like that for years, so you have nothing to worry about. I just wanted to let you know.

Tap water isn't dirty though. I had to actually visit a water treatment facility in high school, and I saw first hand that the water gets extensive treatment. The treatment people told us that the reason why water differs in taste from city to city is because different water treatment facilities add different minerals to the water to give it a taste. The guy said that once water is fully filtered, it doesn't have a taste, therefore minerals have to be added. If the water tastes nasty to you, it is likely just that you don't like the minerals that your particular water facility adds to the water.

How many of you drink bottled water?

I drink both, but i like the taste of bottled better. My family doesn't buy water bottles for drinking, just for long car rides and sports because why drink from a water bottle when tap is free? I like the taste of bottled water better so whenever I do get a chance to have some bottled water cheap or free, I take it!

My cat will only drink bottled water?

My kittens love bottled water, but they don't mind tap water either. To them it's all the same. But bottled water can get really expensive. I'd try to ween them off of it.
Some people are paranoid about the water supply, and freak out because they think they'll die from drinking tap water. But really, the way I think of it is- if tap water is bad for you, then why would the city/country keep supplying it to every home in America?
So, if you're up for it, you can switch her to tap water again.

Just mix a bit of tap water in with bottled water gradually...like
Day 1: Try 90% Bottled Water, 10% Tap Water.
Day 2: Use 75% Bottled, 25% Tap.
Day 3: Use 60% Bottled, 30% Tap.
Day 3: Use 50% Bottled, 50% Tap.
Day 4: Use 25% Bottled, 75% Tap.
Day 5: Use 10% Bottled, 75% Tap.
Day 6: Try giving her all tap water!

Granted, it might not work. That system is what my vet told me to do when switching food brands, you just mix 'em together, so kitty can get used to it gradually.

Just an idea! Hope it helps. =)

Day 3: Use

Can drinking ONLY bottled water be bad for you?

The majority of bottled waters are filtered for impurities. However, that is a lot of water to drink. You may be overly hydrated. Cut back some and see if that helps. I grew up drinking out of plastic Tupperware cups and lived. Chances are it's more what you are eating that's causing the problems. If you are really concerned, buy a good stainless steel water bottle and Britta filter to use instead. Not only will you be avoiding the plastic, but saving a lot of money.

Im pregnant and drink only bottled water, is that bad? ?

hi! I puzzled a similar component. i haven't certainly regarded to confirm which supplementations are in the waters. Pregnant women persons shouldn't get too lots nutrition A. Your prenatal pill is probably providing you with sufficient nutrition A and the different supplementations you would be wanting. in case you sense such as you nevertheless opt to objective it, determine it truly is not sweetened with aspartame. stable success! Do you drink tap water or stick to bottled?

Tap water generally. Many bottled waters come from the community water supply of the area where they are bottled, so are someone else's tap water (not all are, but many).

I tend to buy a case of bottled water, and refill/reuse the bottles (for convenience) until the bottles have been discarded, lost, or are no longer in good condition...then I'll buy another case and begin again.
