I Only Got 2 Hours Sleep Last Night

I only got two hours of sleep last night...?

eat before you leave!! i've gotten less than 2 hours on particular school nights, it was hard but i did manage to make it through the day. not too long after school though, i was dead asleep. don't do anything boring, always be talking to people and doing something. don't think about sleep. my mistake was not eating before i left, food gives me energy. but caffeine usually does nothing for me. if you have an energy drink i'd advise against because it will make you crash and fall dead tired. you'll be ok though, i've done it before.
btw, i've had to go through the day on 1-2 hours of sleep without eating lunch or breakfast. definitely get some food and tough the rest out.

Only got 3 hours of sleep last night help?

You'll live, just keep on pushing through.

You're young, and your body can take quite the punch. Just think of all those college kids that can spend an entire night (or multiple) partying and drinking, and then go straight to class without any sleep at all. Not even to mention going through a full day of boring lectures!
Or all those people that work physically demanding jobs for days on end without (barely any) sleep!

Just convince yourself you can do it (which, without a doubt you actually can).

PS: sugar helps, but beware. After a while you'll crash and become even more tired. Save it for when you most need it!

Only got 2.5 hours of sleep last night. How do I get through a busy work day?

Take a break dude. Better inform your manager and take leave. There is no point going to work with just 2.5 hrs of sleeping, cos your workday will not be productive due to your lack of sleep and chances of making a mistake would be vastly increased due to sleeplessness.

Only got two hours sleep last night?

Had to catch our flight so I got up at 3AM, fell asleep about 1AM (at Disney World). I also slept on the plane, 1 hour each flight. So, 4 hrs total in a way for the day. I have school tomorrow and have to get up at 6:30 ish. Should I get extra sleep or just make sure to get the normal 8 hours?

I only got 4 hours of sleep last night- will I be okay?

I'm 15. Last night I really wasn't tired, but the problem was, I was excited because my family will be coming over for Christmas today. I wanted to sleep well. I went to bed around 11, and fell asleep at 11:30. But then I woke up at 3:30, and I couldn't sleep the rest of the night! I kinda have to wake up now to open my presents.

Should I go back to sleep later, because my family won't come until 3. Or do you think I can survive the day?
