There may be an App which is running in background and sends ads on screen unlock.3rd party apps downloaded from unknown or bad playstore accounts having bad reviews can do so without your knowledge.You make have custom app of screen lock, it might be doing so.Steps to remove:The simplest and best way is to Uninstall all the unknown/Unpopular Apps, you might uninstall all the unnecessary Apps except the larger one like fb, twitter, insta etc, PS. you have internet so all the apps can be downloaded again so don’t hesitate to unistallSome Apps would have taken admin privilege, you can check it from settings> administrator privileges. remove them.It is not necessary to format the phone, you can run some antivirus available on playstore.

How can I fix YouTube error 500?

Believe it or not, this is a LEGITIMATE error message from YouTube itself and their bad attempt at humor. Don't worry about the "monkey" reference; your computer hasn't been hacked. However, this is a bonafide "500 Error".I did lots of googling, searching, and reading about this matter a while agoand here's what I was able to find out: That "500 Internal Server Error" is a "general" HTTP status code, meaning that it is unable to be more specific about what the exact problem is. However it's definitely a server-side error; therefore the problem isn't your computer or internet connection but rather YouTube itself and its "host" servers.This is my actual reference -- written-out in full -- followed by it's direct link:pc support . about . com / od / find by error message / a / 500 server error . htm http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerro...Therefore one of the obvious things you can try to do is hit the "F5" key or click the "Refresh" icon. You should also try your Back / Forward buttons.I don't know if this trick will work for you, but you might want to consider it. This '"Best Answer'" of mine has received 5 stars from 100s of people who suffered from "Error 400" messages. Every time I unlock my Android phone, it opens Google Chrome all by itself, and thus more tabs open every time. Is this a virus?

I had the same problem. I tried youtube videos, blogs, articles, etc but nothing worked. I even deleted all my social media apps, documents, yet nothing changed. Frustrating much. However, i noticed something suspicious in settings, a blank app. This app may appear different in settings for different android phones. My phone is a galaxy note5 . I had recently downloaded some documents online and i strongly believed this was the cause of my trouble. Though i had downloaded other application from unknown sources before, that was not the problem. The application where working fine. Even after deleting them, i still had the problem so i knew it was the documents i installed.let's get right to It! (NB: these steps may be more precise for note5 /galaxy users, however, the possiblity for great results using other devices is of average effect. I only did this for my phone and yes it's worth the try. I do hope these steps help :) )Go to settingsSelect App or Application managementScroll to end of all the apps, until you see a blank app (usually has no name to identity the app but have the amount a MB used. For eg: 23.08 MB )Click on the app. This will take you to a page with info. about the app. Select uninstall at the top left corner of your screen, followed by OKPROBLEM SOLVED!(You can restart your phone if you wish.. this step is optional. I only did it to refresh my phone ).

I accidently clicked on virus link. Help please.?

I was on internet on my phone and accidently clicked on these fake adds(webpages). It lead me to a page which says android update downloading or something like that. I turned off internet connection before it finished. Closed my phone. Took out the battery. When ı opened it again, i closed my internet explorer (when internet was off).
Phone seemed fine but i resetted it to its factory settings.
My questions are;
1) Is it possible to virus to affect these factory settings? Download itself again somehow?

2) I had my SD Card when these happened. I took it off before i resetted my phone. Is it safe to use it? I can put it in and old phone to look at photos etc.. and get an new card. Should i do that or i can use it safetly?

3)My twitter and email was open when these happened. Should i change their passwords too?

My phone is Samsung galaxy note 4. I bought it like an week ago.
