I never got a confirmation email from Forever 21 after ordering something online. Will my shipment still come?
I emailed their customer service center and I never got a reply back? But under my account it says that my order has been shipped? Can anyone shed some light on this? Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Confirmation E-mail for Forever21 Order?
This just happened to me last night! I ordered online, did not get a confirmation email but they took the funds from my account. I checked my account on forever 21 and no record of my purchase! I ordered from forever 21 online many times before and never had this problem. Their customer service number is 888-494-3837. I called and the rep did confirm there is a glitch in their system and they are unable to view. She said to call back in about 3 hours to see if it went through. And even though the $$ was taken from your account, it could just be a hold or authorization...Either way, check back with them in a few hours.
Tiffany online order-no confirmation email!!?
I live in London in the UK , I just ordered something from the tiffany.co.uk site and my payment was accepted yet i have checked my email and there is nothing there at all. Im worried as im not registered with the tiffany website so cant track my order and i have no reference number for the item ordered what can i do????????
Pacsun order confirmation never sent?
So I bought $100 of stuff on pacsun.com on sunday. It was on my dad's credit card, the email was correct, but he said he still hasn't received any email. Like the purchase processed, I got the receipt. It said it would send an email shortly... but it didn't? I'm POSITIVE the email was correct. And the order clearly processed. It says it takes 5 to 8 business days to ship.. Their wearhouse is in california but I live in a major city on the east coast so everything I order usually gets hear ahead of time. Do they ever just send it without sending the confirmation email? Or has it not shipped yet? I've never ordered anything from pacsun before so I don't know how fast it ships either... Like hollister and abercrombie usually come ahead of time... but forever21 always takes a week longer than it was supposed to. What's your experience with pacsun and how fast do they usually ship? Thanks!

Brandy Melville online ordering issues?
The same thing happened to me! I placed an order for 3 items on August 15th, and did not receive an e-mail confirmation. When I attempted to sign in to check the status of my order/account, I got an "invalid e-mail/password" message. I've been calling BOTH customer service numbers several times a day for the last few days. One line is always busy, the other rings about 30 times, then goes to a quick busy. I sent an e-mail as well 3 days ago, and have not received a response. Here's the kicker..... I checked my credit card bill last night, and they CHARGED the full amount of my order the day I placed it, and they have obviously not shipped anything because I would have received it by now - that is a big NO NO! I will dispute my credit card charge today. UPDATE 8/23. I received an e-mail today informing me that my items will be delivered 8/28. Let me know how things are going for you. KAZIE ~ what type of customer service experiences had you had with them? Have you been able to reach them by phone and/or have they responded to your e-mails in the past? I'm just wondering how you were able to resolve customer service issues with them when they seemingly are impossible to reach after an order is placed....? Thanks in advance for your response.

I ordered something offline from Hollister last night, and usuall right after I receive my confirmation email. It is the next day and I still haven't received one. Has anyone ever had this problem? I remember looking over the orderr before I submitted, and my email was right (as far as I remember). Help please if you can. I'm just worried I did submit the wrong email.

So I ordered some clothes online at forever 21.com today and at the end they said my order has been confirmed and gave me a code and said I should receive a confirmation email soon but I never did. I don't really care about the email but will I still receive my clothes? Or do I have to open the email or something for it to be confirmed? (Sorry if that's a stupid question) I don't remember the code they gave me either. So should I call them and talk to them about it or is it really nothing to worry about and I'll still receive my clothes?
How do you track a US priority mail package without a tracking number?
