What happens if you release a pokemon?
No Penalty happens You can release a pokemon when their are to many, or if you don't want that pokemon. You will need to do this once you have fill all your boxs on your PC If not you may not catch anymore pokemon. Hope this helped Mip
How to change the Rival's name in Pokemon Platinum without restarting the game?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your Rival's name without restarting the game. It's just a name though. Doesn't effect the game play at all, really. There probably isn't an action replay cheat for that but I wouldn't buy an action replay just to change the name of my rival in Pokemon.

Swampert Gardevoir Raichu Salamence kay,those 3 except Raichu are real deal, very useful. Aggron is actually not very bad, it has great Defense and decent Attack. But if you want a real strong one, get Heracross. Its a bug,yes but its fighting too. And its Attack stat outstand other fighting pokemon,can be said as strong as Machamp. Its move Megahorn is deadly with 120 power. Its very useful against the 1st and 3rd Elite Four,and Wallace's Ludicolo,the champ. So Heracross can be found in Safari Zone. Need the Mach bike to enter the area. For the last one you can get a Walrein in Shoal cave up of Mossdeep. Its a good and bulky pokemon. So thats it.
Which Pokemon should I use for FireRed; Snorlax or Tauros?
My team is; Charizard Raichu Alakazam Lapras Kabutops When I reviewed my team, I realised I seriously lacked defense, and that Kabutops was the only Pokemon I had with really good defense. I was orginally going to use Snorlax, but I think I should use Tauros now because it's got good defense as well as some really nice attack and excellent speed.
Pokemon Black: Captain won't recognise my Liberty Pass?
So I got a Liberty Pass through Action Replay (I wasn't even trying to, it just came as part of a package), and when I realised I had it, I got really excited, ran all the way to Castelia City, headed straight for Liberty Pier, and had a nice chat with the captain about the mechanics of his ship, then he ignores me and just stands there, everybody else says that he should immediately recognise the Liberty Pass and let you on, he has no acknowledgement of the ticket, I even tried using the ticket, but that isn't even an option - why won't he let me on the ship?!
