I Ruined My Body My Back Figure Is Like Women.

Does pregnancy ruin your body?

No. It didn't. I don't think it is all that vain to want to have a nice body after you have kids. How we look is part of our self-esteem. Of course it shouldn't be the only source of it, but it is a portion of how we feel about ourselves.

For me, I look the same except my breasts. They are very saggy. But I can't say for sure that pregnancy had much to do with it. I was 33 when I had my first, 35 when I had my second. So considering my age and since they are large gravity might just have caught up with me. But I still have the same hips, the same flat stomach etc.

Gaining within your recommended weight gain for your body size set by your doctor will be the most important thing you can do to help your after pregnancy body. And even if you go over, realize breast feeding along with exercise can really help you get your body back.

Do women get their bodies back after pregnancy?

My daughter is almost 2.  There have been some definite, likely permanent, changes to my body since the pregnancy: my hips are a bit wider, breasts a bit less full after nursing 17 months, and belly is softer.  To answer your questions directly: I think most of the time they do, but there are a few factors that play into how easily that is done. Was she in good physical shape before and during the pregnancy? Is she able get good rest and make time for exercise/physical activity? Is she able to balance her work and child care duties without too much stress? newborns are basically a full time+ jobI was back to my pre-pregnancy clothes around month 5 and pre-pregnancy weight around month 6. My husband and I started incorporating walks and weight lifting back into our routine. Around my daughter's first birthday, we started training for a half marathon that we completed when she was 17 months old and it was far and away my best one yet.  Many of my friends bounced back fairly quickly, though I think it was easier and faster for the younger ones.  The reason you frequently see celebrities bouncing back quickly is they are able to hire help in the form of trainers, nutritionists, and nannies!

Does having children ruin your body?

Us women have the best and the worst of natural blessings . How ever you want to see it . ( the monthly cycle is at the top of my list of most hated feminine issues)Our bodies have an inbuilt mechanism to support child bearing . What we do with our bodies before , during and after child birth makes all the difference .Right after I got married I wanted a baby ! It was like straightaway the mother instinct kicked in Hard ! So I planned accordingly .I went to my gynae , got a thorough check up , blood tests were in order and supplements were prescribed . I reduced my body fat by work out and diet and prepared myself mentally for the body changes that were to come . Mentally we get screwed more than physically. This is often the most neglected fact.Right after I found out I was preggers the first thing my gynaechologist advised me was that “no matter how much your elders and other well wishers would force you to eat for Two , you shouldn’t ! Eating a healthy balanced meal for Youself is enough “I worked out throughout the following nine months , moderately but every day . I tried to be worry free and was as active as possible . This wasn’t difficult for me as I was used to eating right and working out for many years .The only persistent discomfort I felt was heart burn in the initial trimester and the baby weight in the last couple of months . Apart from that I wasn’t naseous , had no fainting spells and was rarely lethargic . Yes! I admit I was lucky in this area and all my fellow pregnant gals were quite envious of this fact.My baby was born at a healthy 7 pounds and I only gained a kg more than the perfect weight gain for my frame . It took me exactly a year to get back into shape and I have tried to keep it that way since .Every pregnancy is different and every one’s body responds differently as well but if you really are meticulous about diet , vitamin intake and a suitable workout regime , you can bounce back before your baby says her first word !

What is it with women, and the lower-back tattoos?

I didn't mean to offend anybody; obviously, not all these women are party girls. But from my experience, most women get them *because* of the image. Now, in fairness, I'm talking about women within the age group of late teens, to about mid-twenties. I think the stigma comes from, is a girl *only* has a lower-back tattoo. Again, not saying that women *are* that way, but many of them knowingly chose the location because of that.

Of course, that sorta thing isn't just women. Pretty much every guy on earth seems to think having a bicep tattoo makes him "hard".

If a tattoo is personal, then I support em; your body is kind of the one thing that you have true control over. It just kinda bothers me when people use tattoos as a fashion statement, than something truly personal.

What signs do (shy) women give to show interest in a guy?

To tell if a woman likes you, you will always have to look at her actions, not her words!Luckily, although she will never straight up tell you how she feels, a woman will give you subtle signs that she likes you or not. If she’s attracted to you, she will give you indicators of interest.Indicators of interest are behaviours from a woman which show that she’s in to you. When a woman is attracted to you she will respond by showing some of these indicators, consciously or unconsciously. If you want to learn how to seduce a woman, it’s key that you learn how to read these signals.Be careful!! Just because she is showing ONE of these signs does not mean she’s interested! But, learn to take notice of the signs she’s giving you and use your natural intuïtion to adjust to the situation! Always make sure you’re getting multiple clear signs! Here they are:Touching of hair / adjusting and modifying her hairAdjusting her blouse / Letting her dress fall off her shoulders, showing additional skin / Taking off layers of clothesShe starts re-applying her lipstick to look betterTouching herself: for example sliding her hand along her neck or collarboneConstant licking of her lipsProlonged eye contact, accompanied with a smile / smiling with er eyesFrom a distance: briefly breaking eye contact and then locking in againHer body language is open and directed at youPhysical proximity / She’s always leaning into youWhile talking to her, she sticks around instead of making excuses. She accepts you touching her or even touches you back. She lets you come closerShe agrees when you ask her to go somewhere and she goes along with you.She lets you be alone with her. She would stay nearby the protection of her friends if she’ wasn’t interestedShe agrees when you ask her to danceShe comes back to your place. She knows things might escalate in that situation. If she’s not interested, she will find an excuse. When you try to escalate physically, she lets youShe moves closer when you lean in for a kissShe lets you put her arm around her.She laughs at all your jokes, even when they’re not funny. She lets you move her around the venue wherever you want to go.She holds your drink when you ask her to.She starts asking you about your love lifeShe mentions she’s singleShe’s constantly giving you complimentsShe starts to qualify herself to youShe’s constantly touching youShe acts differently around you compared to her baseline behaviour—-THE MANLY MEN BLOG—-

Does having a baby ruin your body for good?

i am in better shape now after having my first child almost 2 years ago. before having her i was 135 lbs (i'm 5'4''). now i am 117. i eat better, exercise more (chasing after her is quite a workout) and i don't have time to sit around, watch tv and snack. i love my body and respect what it accomplished. i am now pregnant with baby #2 and can't wait to see what my body does this time around. you truly have to surrender yourself for the benefit and health of your unborn child. sure it's hard gaining weight and seeing your breasts go from a C to DD then shrivel down to Cs again but it's a price i am more than willing to pay to have a healthy, happy baby...and siblings for my daughter.:)
p.s. i was a size 8 before my first daughter and i am now a 2. it was hard work getting rid of the "baby weight". it takes discipline but anyone can do it!!!

Why do people say being pregnant ruins your body?

Because some women don't take care of themselves, or gain a ton of weight, or have bad genetics, or were already in poor shape to begin with.

It doesn't have to ruin your body, and won't if you don't allow it too. It's more a personal choice than anything else.

You also have to remember here in America the agv. size for a woman is sz 16!!!!!! So the average woman is "ruined" before kids lol.

Is there a way to keep pregnancy from ruining your body?

I have already had one baby and i got lucky! no stretchmarks or anything, just a little softer tummy. my friend had one baby and 4 years later she still has hideous stretchmarks and her bellybutton is MESSED UP. i mean, she is fit and stuff. they are always at the gym, but her stomach is SO GROSS. not to be mean.. even she knows it.
I have heard some people say that having more than one pregnancy will just ruin your body beyond help. I want more babies, but i dont want my body to be super gross because of it!
I work out alot and i am very health concious.
are there measures i can take to make sure my next pregnancies dont ruin my body?

At what Age Should Women Stop Having Babies?

Actually, past 30 it's definitely down hill for both a woman and her eggs. Biologically, the prime age to give birth is 19 years old.

Obviously, there is a paradox between what is socially acceptable and what is biologically ideal. Such is the life of being human.
