Traditional Marriage Roles?

Personally, I love the idea and want to stay home and take care of people forever. So far we haven't been able to afford for me to give up work completely. It is not for everyone. I've known families where the father is the homemaker and the mother works, and lots of my female friends are very career-oriented despite marriage and even children. We have had fertility challenges and have no kids after 7 yrs. marriage, but if we have the money later on we'll adopt, and I'll homeschool! :) Incidentally we are not your typical couple, as we are both bisexual, and used to be poly before we married.
