Now i'm like so nervous to go to slep and I get up at 6am and i'm like shaking and I don't know why. Me and my bestfriend hung out all break long and every night we would go to bed at 5am and wake up at 1:30 pm. So i need help everytime i try to relax i end up turning my tv back on! Help?

I Can't Sleep!! Please Help It's 3am And I have school tomorrow?

Okay I've been having trouble sleeping for a year or two now.. Idk what's wrong with me. I can't go to sleep normal at all I always end up falling asleep maybe half hour that I have to wake up for school 6am. My grandma just passed away on saturday I took it really hard lately. I've been stressing over my school work a lot as I've fallen behind. Idk what to do :/

I have school tomorrow ( 7am) and i woke up today at 6pm..help?

I went to sleep at 2am last night and for some reason i slept untill 6pm no one woke me up this never happened before but i dont know how im going to get up for tomorrow or go to sleep?

Go with no sleep tonight and still go to school tomorrow?

do all your work. drink something warm to relax yourself, and grab food before you go to school.

i just pulled a bunch of all nighters within almost 2-3 weeks, although I don't know if you can call them all nighters if sometimes i passed out for 2 hours...

i would drink tea to keep me awake, its not coffee to jolt me but its warm and has caffeine to help me focus. and then i'd eat (in class, but because i was allowed to...idk how your teachers are).

just try not to do it so much, every hour you lose of sleep can't be gained back.

I do not feel sleepy until 3AM and can't get up before 12PM. What should I do to change my sleep cycle?

You could have Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder. Your best bet is to try and reset your circadian rhythm every day. First, to get your desired bedtime, go to bed 2 hours later on successive nights until you're at the desired time. Say, 10 PM. If you're currently going to bed at 3 AM, that will take 10 days to achieve. Once at 10 PM, do the following to stay there:1) take 0.5 mg of melatonin 4-5 hours before bedtime. More is not better. At bedtime is worse. 2) get up a 6 AM every day. Your body will want to fall asleep again 16 hours later (or 10 PM). 3) in the morning, use a blue light for 45 minutes while getting ready. This (and #1) help to reset your circadian clock. In the evening, avoid bright lights - which means no computer or phone use after 9 PM (at the latest), as staring at a screen is essentially staring straight into a light source. Some drugs can be helpful if you have trouble with sleepiness during the day - namely, Modafinil. This drug takes away the "sleepy feeling" but is not a stimulant. You will have to adjust your caffeine intake according to how it affects you. Best is none. Otherwise, none after 5 PM (or earlier, depending on how it affects your sleep onset).

Whats your schedule for tomorrow?

idk abt tom...for today

7am-woke up
8am-4pm school(its literally a prison...my whole day goes in it)
4:30pm-7:30pm went to watch fashion
7:30-10:00 internet/ps3
10:00-10:30 eat and watch tv/fool around my house
10:30-11:00 read and then sleep

AP History Exam tomorrow and i don't know anything!?

Depends what book your using. My book in the front says the main topics.
Then just know imporant people and such.. yeah
it's not going to be to much fun for me to wake up at 6 am to get ready for school and be at school at 7:15.
If your like that I wouldn't cram tonight so much but make sure you get sleep or you'll die for sure.
=)
on the DBQ and FRQ's if you don't know the date or the persons name leave it out and don't guess on it. You won't get docked points for that but you will get docked points if you have the wrong president or name etc.
A lot is on World War I/II era make sure you know that.
Erm I'm looking for a website that I found a while ago to help you if your still awake. Good luck though.

I am nearly 13 and cant get to sleep till about 5.30am i want to sleep but i just cant help!!?

1.Kick the Caffeine. It's not rocket science that caffeine keeps your body awake. It's a stimulant, which is why a lot of us use it to keep functioning throughout the day! In reality, it can stay in your body for up to 14 hours, so keep that in mind when you dive into your cup of coffee or can of Coke before hitting the sack. Try to take your last caffeinated drink at least 4 to 6 hours before bedtime.

2.Don't Drink Alcohol. At first, it might seem like an easy way for you to knock yourself out at night, but it actually causes disturbances in your sleep, therefore leading to a restless sleep which will leave you feeling tired the next morning.

3.Try to Relax! Stress is part of everyday life, but it can make you miserable and leave you up at night. Try to develop a "system" to break the connection between the day's stresses and bedtime. It can be as short as 10 minutes, or as long as an hour to disconnect from your day. Read a book, meditate, take a hot bath!

4.Exercise! Regular exercise is not only good for you physcially, but studies have shown that people that exercise on a regular basis sleep better at night. Don't exercise in the evening though if you have trouble sleeping, it can make you more alert so for those of us that can't sleep, it's best to do it in the morning.

5.Keep your bedroom quiet and dark. For a lot of people, even the slightest noises can keep them up at night. Use earplugs, dark windows and curtains, or even a fishtank for "relaxing" noise. Don't use the overhead light if you can help it, and keep the temperature at a comfortable level for you.

6.Eat right. Try not to go to bed when you're hungry. But, don't eat a heavy meal before bed either! Milk contains "tryptophan" which is a sleep-promoting substance. Other foods that you might want to snack on before bed would also be avocados, eggs, peaches, potatoes or bananas.
