I Started At Subway When Will I Get My First Paycheck Oklahoma

Where can I cash a check without an ID?

No one will cash the check for you if you present the check yourself.  If you endorse or sign the check over to anyone, you may risk the chance that the bank cashing the check may require ID (or a copy of the ID from the person not present) from both parties, i.e you and the person you signed it over to, negotiating the check.  There are a couple of ways around not having to present and ID:1. If you are a minor, your parents or guardians can negotiate the check for you. All they would have to say is that you are a minor and you are their child.2. The maker (the person signing the front of the check or the owner of the account the check is drawn from) can negotiate the check. 3. If an employee can positively identify you at the financial institution that you are cashing the check it may be possible. However, you either must have an account there or the check you are trying to negotiate must be drawn from an account there. Hope this helps, Miguel

If I also need a car, what is the minimum salary to live comfortably in New York City?

Obviously, it depends on what you're into and the kind of life you want to lead. That being said, I would think about it in terms of the activities that are work and those that are hobbies. If you are a chef, you probably won't have many food-related expenses. If you are a promoter, you probably won't have many nightlife expenses. On the other hand, if you're a foodie or into going out nightly, you'll probably incur significant expenses in the respective areas. Also, your network of friends and acquaintances will play a large role in the  barter economy. If you get to know chefs, bartenders, promoters, owners, etc. you'll probably be able to minimize expenses - especially if you're able to hook up perks for others through your own work. Its not easy, but you can live on ~$10k/yr. Making the right choices consistently and not being overly lavish, you can be fine on <$50k/yr. Everything above gets into a complicated game of status, expected minimum quality, and acquisition of substantial maintenance costs.Personally, I've experienced all of the above. Find your own path.

I started at subway, when will I get my first paycheck? OKLAHOMA?

Your manager should be able to give you the CORRECT answer that you do want and need the next day at work about when you MIGHT get your first pay check for your first pay period at work face to face at that time.
My guess would be a possible week or 2 weeks before you would get your first pay check and then it might only be for 1 day only depending on how their pay periods are done at that time in your life.
A 1 week pay period could be Sunday through Saturday.
Biweekly 2 week pay period would include 14 days and usually each week does start on that Sunday and end on the next Saturday for a 1 week pay period.
Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful. 10/11/2013

Why does the United States of America not have national ID cards?

A passport is a national ID, but it is not required to live and move within the country. A Social Security card is issued by the federal government, but it is not required unless a citizen desires employment, or to conduct financial business that might be reported to the IRS for taxation purposes. The issuance of identification for the purposes of driving, buying controlled substances like alcohol and tobacco, obtaining a marriage license, and voting are all managed at the state and county levels.Remember, the United States is not one State, but 50. Power is shared between the states and the federal government, per the tenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States.Bonus: It is against the law for a state to require one’s SSN for anything but taxation purposes. They may ask, but they must accept an optional method of identification to obtain an ID if a SSN has never been issued.I did not have a SSN until I was 17, when I began my first job. Prior, I had a drivers license issued using documentation other than a SSN.

Can a 15 year old work at McDonalds? If so, what sort of jobs would they be expected to perform?

You will likely either take orders at the window, or be in charge of cleanup to start with. Most stores, don’t have set ‘positions’ as it were. You’ll be hired on as a “crew member”. Which basically means, you do whatever position needs done. The key thing for you is… take it seriously, and get to know you co-workers.I know it sounds odd, but the biggest mistake people make is they don’t take the job seriously. Too often people go in, do as little as possible, and then move on.Here’s the problem. All those other people there, are doing the same thing. You don’t know who your next boss will be. I’ve known people that got rejected from really nice jobs, because they worked at some crappy store, and treated their job like crap, and one of the people they worked with moved on to be a manager at a nice company. Then they go and apply for a job, and the guy interview you says “oh I know you. You worked at that McDonald’s 10 years ago, didn’t you?” and that was the end of the interview. But that manager remembered this guy was a loser at that store, and barely worked, showed up late, and left early.Don’t be that guy. That guy you work with, could be the best key for you to get a good job later. He may also be the brick that smashes a good job later. Be a good employee… work, and make friends with your co-workers.I actually had a lady I worked with years ago offer me a job as a manager, because she knew me from over 10 years before, when I worked at Wendy’s with her. I didn’t take the job, but that’s an example of how early teen jobs, can have a long term effect.Take it seriously. One thing, learn to talk AND work. The problem isn’t talking generally. The problem is, people stop working when they talk. Keep your hands moving. You’ll be fine. And one side note.If figured out that if I had saved all the money that I earned while I was in high school, and invested it… I would have over $300,000 dollars today. Actually that was some years ago I would have had $300K. It would be more than that today.Save your money wisely. Your buddies in school will try and convince you to blow your money on all kinds of crap, and the money will be spent and gone.Don’t follow your buddies. Save and invest for the future.

Can a standard city police car (patrol car) pull you over on a highway for speeding?

In the US, if that highway or freeway is in the city limits where the police officer has jurisdiction. Yes, they can give you a ticket on the highway or interstate. You would pay the city or go to a city court to fight the ticket written by a city police officer.Traffic enforcement jurisdictions overlap. The city police have jurisdiction in all areas inside the city limits. The county Sheriff’s departments have jurisdiction inside their county limits, including the city limits. The State police have jurisdiction inside their state limits including county and city limits. A state police officer or a DOT officer can stop you and give you a ticket anywhere in the state, including a residential side street.Generally, for the purposes of traffic enforcement, city police patrol city streets. Sheriff’s deputies patrol county highways and roadways outside of city limits. Highway patrol patrol US highways and interstate systems. But each can write tickets on any part of their patrol that lands within their jurisdiction, whether that be the city limits, the county limits or the state lines. For other crimes, each jurisdiction will have agreements in place. A murder scene in a city hotel would likely be handled by the city police, unless they don’t have the expertise for the particular crime, in which case they might call in the Sheriff’s department or the state police. Then you have the Fed’s, who can take over on cases that cross state lines or have the potential of broken federal laws. Sometimes they work together.
