I Sweat Extremely Too Much

Why does my skin become extremely itchy (prickly heat) when I sweat or get hot? Please help!?

Hi everyone. My ability to work out comfortably in a gym or excel myself physically is prevented by an itchiness of the skin which develops when I get hot or start sweating. The most comparable condition that is similar to my own is called cholinergic urticaria but I don't get hives, redness or anything that visible, just extremely unbearable itchiness or prickly heat all over the body. Has anyone here had a similar problem or know of any cure or treatment for it, be it over the counter or by prescription? Please help!!!

How can I save myself from extreme heat in Jodhpur? My head starts aching, too much sweat. Cheap and effective ideas are required.

Wear lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing, and a wide-brimmed hat.Use a sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or more.Drink extra fluids. To prevent dehydration, it's generally recommended to drink at least eight glasses of water, fruit juice, or vegetable juice per day. Because heat-related illness also can result from salt depletion, it may be advisable to substitute an electrolyte-rich sports drink for water during periods of extreme heat and humidity. Why do I sweat so much in my crotch area?

I do 75 minutes of step aeroics or Zumba classes and I generally sweat a lot... but for some reason I sweat a lot in my crotch... just the front. In between my legs and the butt aren't sweaty after my workouts but I'm wondering if there is anything I could do to reduce the sweat? Does shaving help? Is it better to workout with a thong on under my pants? I try to only wear dark clothes but IDK please help serious answers appreciated!

Why do I sweat too fast, and too much?

I'm a 16 years old boy, I don't know if it has anything to do with skin color but I'm black, not extremely dark black though... just normal black, like Michael Jackson when he was still black.

What made me think that it has something to do with skin color is because one day at school, I was inside my classroom, it was like 11 PM and the sun here burns like an oven at that time, 40 Celsius.

Anyway my mates were outside for like 30 minutes, and they barely sweat, only a bit, but as for me, when I got out of the room, I immediately started sweating maybe right after 10 seconds, not normal drops of sweat, I mean A LOT of sweat, they always say to me DAAAAMN were you exercising or something?

I thought it was normal first but this seems to happen at home too, they're always surprised by how much I sweat, sometimes I wet the chair LOL.

If it has something to do with fitness, then I'm 172 cm tall, I weigh around 76 kg (My doctor said that's about the right weight, and it would be better to be a few kilos less if possible... said my doctor). I don't exercise always but I'm planning to start a fitness program in a few weeks, but still I do exercise like once a week, I do some jogging, some pushups, some abs workout, and I lift some weights.

I want to know what might be causing this, sweating this much is really annoying and sometimes even embarrassing when you're at a public place and you sweat a lot while no one else is, I know sweat is beneficial, but not when it's this much, believe me if you meet me and see for yourself you'll say the same, it isn't normal.

Why do I sweat so much after shower?

The shower increased your body temperature, and the evaporation of sweat is how the body lowers its temperature. The humid environment of the shower makes the sweating less efficient at cooling the body because high humidity inhibits evaporation, so the bodies attempt to cool itself by sweating during the shower were insufficient to counter the heat transferred from the shower water to the body and results in continued sweating after the shower.

My face is red and burnt from sweating so much as it’s been an extremely hot, humid summer so far. What can I use to ease the burning sensation?

Try this. You’ll thank the chemist who made it.Sudocrem - Wikipedia
