I Think Batista Should Have Went To Tna Instead Of Going Back To Wwe Does Anyone Agree

Does anyone else agree WWE started to suck in 2003?

I disagree. They did have those super fantastic matches back in the late 90's but they still had really decent matches between 2003-2006. They had a really good solid women's division between 2003-2006 and the matches they had were very good. My personal favorite match was the first Money In the Bank match. I think WWE started to suck in mid 2007. When we started to realise that Cena was never going to lose I thought WWE was turning in the wrong direction. And they did. I do not understand why WWE couldn't continue the way they were going even though they were PG. I mean they were PG before and it was great. So why can't they do that again.

What do you think about Batista stating the original plan for WM 34 was to pit him and Ronda Rousey against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon?

I think he just wanted to let people know what originally was supposed to happen.

Professional Wrestling: Is Batista really the weak link of the evolution like Dolph Ziggler had tweeted?

How "strong" or "weak" a WWE (or any professional wrestling) competitor appears to be is determined solely by his booking and not his real-world fighting credentials. This is why it is not too uncommon to see 45 year old veterans get the better of performers that are 2 decades younger. To get a better idea of all the factors that go into a wrestler's booking, see Arjun Mathew Eranacal's answer to How do professional wrestling matches plan which wrestlers wins?In this particular case:1. As Cliff pointed out in his answer, Batista is set to take a break for a few months to promote his new movie. Wrestling tradition dictates that an outgoing performer always "leaves on his back". This essentially means that he is deliberately being made to look slightly weaker so as to provide his opponents with greater credibility. 2. Batista is currently a Heel (villain). Heels are, more often than not, portrayed to weaker than their Face (hero) counterparts. Ziggler is currently a face.3. That being said, Ziggler is lower on the card than Batista. So it would be surprising if he beat Batista outright in a match. 4. Roman Reigns, on the other hand, is currently the recipient of a strong Push which has seen him get the better of Batista on a number of occasions despite not being a main-event performer yet.  Despite his rather shoddy depiction at the moment, rest assured that Batista will be treated as a big deal post his return to WWE around the release date of Guardians of the Galaxy. A World Heavyweight Championship run during that time is highly probably owing to the mainstream attention he would be able to garner for WWE. So, yes, Batista is still a very valuable asset to the wrestling industry and will surely be presented as more than just "good enough to compete in the WWE". :)

What do you think of Batista vs Triple H? Did it live up to the potential?

Not at all. It was 15 minutes longer than it should be, because as we all know, Triple H has a massive ego, as big as the man in the White House with a negative IQ. Triple H’s best years were a decade ago, and this match was only put together so he could finally say that he beat Batista in a wrestling match (was winless against him). The whole point of Evolution when it was created, was to make stars out of Randy Orton and Batista, not have the boss’ son-in-law ruin all their credibility. Batista didn’t need this match. He should have returned in a storyline that was meant as redemption for his last run, where the WWE Universe hijacked his plans, because they were so high on Daniel Bryan. If they had given him one final run to retire as a legend, that would have been cool. Maybe do a return as Drax the Destroyer, to tie into the fact he was in the Marvel movies.

Does Batista plan to return to WWE? Will we see a rise of evolution one more time?

Probably not, Batista already had an Evolution reunion the last time he appeared in the WWE back in 2014 (and that was already 4 years ago) because the WWE wanted Batista to return as a babyface and it didn't work because the fans wanted Daniel Bryan and CM Punk left after the Royal Rumble so they pushed Batista to the side once again and he pretty much became an afterthought. So it really wasn't the right time for Batista to return. When he does, he wants to end his career with another full time run but the WWE just wants him to make small appearances here and there like The Rock does. There were even plans to bring Batista back as the tag team partner of Ronda Rousey for WrestleMania and Batista agreed to that but he never heard back from them. So while Batista has expressed interest in coming back, the WWE doesn't have any plans for him at this moment.

What do you think about Triple H vs Batista being no holds barred?

I think that’s the only way they could have possibly booked the match, for a few reasons.Firstly, it’s supposed to be this nasty blood feud between two guys who absolutely hate each other due to Batista’s assault on Ric Flair, as well all kinds of old grudges dating back to their days as Evolution. A straight-up technical wrestling match doesn’t fit that scenario, it needs to be something more violent, so no-holds-barred works.Secondly, both men are getting old in wrestling terms, so a regular match between them is likely to be slow and not super entertaining. In any case, they have both always been at their best in no-DQ type matches, so it’ll be best for the fans.Thirdly, it brings in opportunities for open, large-scale cheating. Expect to see run-ins from some of their old DX and Evolution allies, maybe Ric Flair himself coming out to take revenge on Batista, maybe someone completely unexpected (Sting? Hogan?). Triple H has always been the guy who uses his authority to bend and break the rules, so it makes sense for him to enable his own shenanigans by creating a NHB stipulation. Plus, of COURSE we need a sledgehammer spot or two. Finally, it’s being billed as Batista’s retirement match, and MAYBE Triple H’s last match as well. If it’s booked as a career ender, it makes sense for it to be as brutal as possible, to give the impression that the match physically finished off at least one competitor, maybe both.So yeah in short it’s No Holds barred because it makes storyline sense, it suits the style and abilities of the wrestlers, it can create some fun interference spots and it needs to look like a career-ender. Kind of a no-brainer really.

Why did WWE make Batista return the night after WrestleMania 25? That's so ******* dumb LOL?

i dont hate batista but i dislike him alot,im the best sh*t talker when it come's to him .

anything that batista has done is stupid, returning after WM was stupid, even stupider, they gave him the WWE championship, even stupider,he didnt even hold it for a full day.

Batista still a Big star?? Agree or Disagree?

Despite his failed return, I feel Batista has not lost his star power

If fans weren't going crazy for Daniel Bryan, Dave would've been more well received.

His return in January caused WWE Raw TV ratings to go up and WWE had confidence in his drawing ability.

Although I would lose the skinny jeans and have him go back to his classy look in 2008. And maybe he should gain back his massive physique.

Thumbs up/down questions! Do you rate answers?

I rarely give thumbs down. An offensive answer I'm going to report gets a thumbs down from me but that's about all.

I give thumbs up to answers that impress me, either for teaching me something, or for the effectiveness of the answer. Whether I agree with the answer or not is irrelevant.

I appreciate thumbs up. I take that to mean that I'VE impressed somebody, either by teaching, or giving a compelling, effective answer. Thumbs down mean very little to me, anymore. We have quite a few "thumbs down" trolls in this section, and I get thumbs down for being a TC and for being in the top ten anyway.

WQ: I think it's very likely Triple H will go after Orton when he returns. Orton put him on the shelf. Triple H will want to avenge that. I don't think Triple H will win the title at their first match, but I think he will eventually take the title from Orton. I think Orton will be Champ for several months before finally losing it to Triple H.

Styles and Batista have beef?

I think Batista started this comment first. I agree with some and disagree with everything that Batista said. Aj styles knows how to wrestle, and is a good worker. Did you see his match with Booker T last sunday? Booker T was lacking passion and I think his match with Aj gave him his Passion back. Him and Sting have had some good matches too.

Wrestling does need storytelling, but that is the Wrestlers job,and the commentors job aswell. I like Wrestling for the Wrestling.

I agreed with Styles interview if you looked at batistas matches around summer of 2006. He was lacking passion. The only time I see a good match out of Batista when he wrestles someone like Edge, Shawn Michaels, Undertaker, or Jericho.

Wwe will never buy Tna. Tna is doing fine with money. Wwe is taking Tna talent and their not being used to their full potential. Look Tomko was fired, R-Truth is in Low-Mid card, and I don't see Christian winning the MITB. I think these two companies should just mind their own buisness.
