My name means "artful and creative". At least my mom says that that is what the baby book said. lol. Uhm, because...Our names give us a sense of identity in the physical world, and our souls are the source of our identity in the spiritual world. Therefore, in a spiritual sense, to be aware of one's own identity is to be aware of the nature of their own soul.

Am i in over my head? i hate math!!?

Placement tests are usually more difficult than tests you might find while taking a course. The courses you qualified for are freshman and junior college level courses in CA. If the tests indicate you're qualified for them, then you won't be over your head; you'll be sufficiently challenged. That is what you want and need to grow. You don't want anything too easy or too hard.

Try not to ever tell yourself that you hate math. A positive attitude is very helpful. Lie if you must, but every time you catch yourself saying, "I hate math," say. "I love math and I'm good at it." That might sound corny, but I've never met a person whoo says, "I hate math" who was ever good at it and I've never met a person wh says, "I love math" who was ever bad at it.

Another important aspect to a successful math experience is the quality of the professor. Look the possibilities up at this site. Keep in mind that people who bother to give a rating are usually biased. Weigh the results. Ask other students or a counselor. Math professors can be real nasty or nice.

The only time I can think of was back in my college days at Texas Tech University.I know that at 5’9” I am not very tall on the basketball court but I could always play well because of my hustle and the fact that I was a good three point shooter.Every Saturday I would go over to the Rec Center to play basketball for a few hours. This was your typical 5-on-5 full court pickup game. There were lots of really good players and a few great ones, you could tell the guys who had been good high school players and there were quite a few that were 6’5” and taller. So on with my story. Occasionally a few women would come out and play. They were always good players and we gave them the respect they deserved. My team had been having a good run of three wins in a row (winner stays on the court, new opponent comes on). The next team up looked talented and had a black girl on their team that looked familiar. Since I was the shortest guy on my team I had to guard her on defense ( the next shortest guy on my team was 6’4”). I found out very quickly that I didn’t stand a chance trying to dribble or shoot the ball against her. So I resorted to passing the ball and playing defense. That didn’t work either. We lost and I think she made most of their points. So I complemented her skills and asked her name. Turns out I had been trying to guard a starter on the Texas Tech women’s team, Sheryl Swoopes. I never stood a chance.Go to Sherylswoopes.net to find out more about her.

To me, worship is putting something or someone first in your life. That is the reason people can worship their job, their money, their family, their "belly", etc. And that is reason people can give worship to those other than Jehovah. But when Jehovah is first is your life, it is to him that you pray, that you sing about, that you speak about, that you read about, that you live for, that you long for, that you look forward to listening to and about, that you seek the approval of, that you study about, that you teach about, that you reach out to. He is your other half in a spiritual relationship. And spirituality cannot be complete without that other half. The definition of worship is multi-faceted, as are the expressions of worship. We speak of "worshiping in many ways". And that is correct. I don't mean all forms of worship are acceptable. But that our worship takes on different facets or expressions. We can't sing and study at the same time. But both are worship. We can't study and pray at the same time. But both are worship. There is more, but I will stop here.

“Over your head” has two meanings. One’s a lot more literal.Type 1.Over your head.As in; something being at an elevation that is considered to be higher than one’s head.e.g. “The roof is over my head”Type 2.Something ‘going over your head’As in a sentence, action or concept being misunderstood or completely ignored by a person on account of them not being able to grasp said concept.Example:Me and this girl were texting and I was telling her jokes. I had a helluva good one that was of my own creation (albeit already used and kinda derivative)Check this. She didn’t get it at first. Five seconds later, she understood. Still, it’s funny and a textbook example.

You know what is the best way to know ? Think about it this way : do you enjoy working really really hard on what you are doing, even when no one is monitoring you in any way ?  Enjoy is the key word here - not how hard you are willing to work or how much it means to you. Do you enjoy doing it ?If the answer is yes, its just a matter of time things will fall in place. Everyone goes through this phase multiple times in their career when they feel they are too inadequate for the job. Keep trying, and soon the phase will be over.If the answer is no, then you are in the wrong profession. Good news is that at least you know. But the bad news is that changing career is easier said than done.

Not really over my head, but clear on my expertise and skills and scope of practice. I am clear on my skill set and knowledge and will hold a strong boundary to stay within my capability. In complicated cases I often work in partnership with medical doctors, physical therapists and often ask the client to ensure that they are cleared for therapy. In many cases the adage “less is more” applies as clients bodies can only tolerate so much pressure or certain type of pressure. My clients with complicated situations bring the most satisfaction because my therapy gives them such benefits. One example: Hospice client. I work with a hospice client who has Lewy Body Dementia. It is a horrible disease which causes loss of normal brain function and causes the client to be in trauma. The trauma is so severe that she is constantly in hypervigilant stress condition also known as “flight or fight”. Chronic stress causes her digestion system to shut down. I give her abdominal massage which helps her digestive system to function. With therapy she can avoid the trauma of a visit to the hospital for digestive issues.
