I Think Someone Is On My Netflix

Someone stole my Netflix DVD, what do I do?

I work as a night-clerk in a hotel, and the outgoing-mail box is in the lobby in plain view and wide open. Like an idiot I forgot that it was Memorial Day and I put a Netflix envelope inside after I changed shifts at 6am. I came back at 6pm still oblivious to the date, and assumed it was mailed. After 4 days of not hearing from Netflix, I decided to check our security cameras and saw that 30minutes after I left, one of the hotel's guests took the Netflix DVD when the day-clerk looked away. I know who they are and they are still staying here, but what do I do about it? I just saw the video 2 hours ago. It's 3:15am and my boss gets here at 12pm. What would be the best way to resolve this?

Can we use someone's Netflix account?

Yes, you can use someone’s Netflix account as far as the person is okay to allow you to use their Netflix ID and password. The only part of the problem would be that you and the person whose account you would be logged in would not be able to watch the Netflix content at the same time. The screen might stop working either for you or for the person whose account you would be logged in. In this case, there would be two solution to it.You and the other person should not log in and watch Netflix at the same time.Ask that person if they can add you on their account. If the person adds you on their plan, they might end up paying a little more towards using Netflix services. In this case, you can split the amount of monthly charges and avoid the problem of not be able to watch the Netflix at the same time. One Netflix account holder can put multiple members on his or her account. Monthly charges might differ depending upon the increase in shared screens (profiles) and upgrade in monthly plan.3. If the account holder upgrades their plans to more screens if not now, may be in future, the part of the solution to your problem is that now Netflix does allow to download certain episodes of the series, shows and movies. You can ask the person into whose account you are trying to log in if they can download the content from Netflix for you can you would be able to watch it for free and you would also not have to log in to their account.

What to do when someone steals your netflix movies from your mailbox?

I put 3 netflix movies in the mail today after the mail had already run. I put the flag up and left for work. I came home tonite and the mailbox was wide open, the flag still up, and I had a weird feeling about that so I checked the mailbox and the movies were gone. I guess I am not suprised because we have a few trouble teens that live in our neighborhood that our always doing stuff liek setting mailboxes on fire, painting grafitti on stop signs, and knocking on doors and running off. Someone called the police on them but I guess it didn't sink it. Their parents think their children are angels so the parents won't do anything. So anyways, what am I supposed to do? Can I somehow file this as a federal offense? And is Netflix going to make me pay for these movies? There is no link to click on in the netflix site about stolen movies. Just LOST movies and it means I will have to pay for the movies. I can click that I mailed them and netflix never recieved them but I don't think they will believe me because it was 3 movies and not one. Anyone have any advice?

What if someone steals my Netflix dvd from my mailbox?

I don't particularly live in a bad neighborhood but I don't live in suburbia
and I'm worried that if someone takes it I'll have to pay for it and my family isn't rich so...... is there like someway to explain it to them to prevent any fines?

I let someone use my Netflix account, but they're getting annoying (lol)?

I feel bad, I let this guy use my Netflix account.. he's really sweet, really nice and I feel bad because I know people tease him because of his feminism.. I'm always nice to him and when he asked if he could please use my account to watch movies.. I let him but now he's messing up my categories by watching stuff that is the complete opposite from what I watch and I have to actually go search for movies because he keeps watching girly stuff ( I am a female by the way) and I watch all horror movies..
I know this is simple, but should I change my password? what if he asks about it if I change it? I'd just feel bad..thank you =)=

Can i please use someones netflix account?

Easy answer, open a checking account that has a Visa or MasterCard Debit card, and poof, you can pay for your Netflix account, or use the free trial? Otherwise use Crackle.com of the free Hulu, because you will never get a stranger to let you use their Netflix account to try it out.

Someone hacked my Netflix. He changed my email and password. What should I do?

Informing Netflix and changing passwords is ideal.Usually when something like this happens, your computer and/or your router have a trojan on them. So you may want to reset your router to factory default (thus removing any trojan) and restoring to a clean backup on your PC. Or if it’s a mobile device, also restore it to factory defaults. If you’re not using a backup tool already then there’s a few out there. Mobile has it’s own. PC has free tools lime Macrium Reflect and Rollback Rx. Good thing to do.Finally, keep periodically scanning your computer or device for viruses. At least once a week full scan and 2 quick scans a week.

What do I do if someone uses my Netflix account without permission?

Change the password and "sign out of all devices" (from Your Account page). Then change the password on any other account where you have used the same email address and password. Then enable two-factor authentication for your email accounts, so that if your email/password is compromised again, it can't be used to request a password reset for more critical services like bank accounts, etc.If you didn't knowingly give your credentials to someone else, they may have been compromised on some other site or by some other means, shared via pastebin or similar, and used to access your Netflix account and probably other accounts where you use the same password.  While camping on your Netflix account isn't all that serious of an impact on you, the risk on other sites where you have used the same credentials may be much greater, so treat this seriously.
