How to keep my sister away from my phone?
Recently my sister was grounded. It was for sneaking out and skipping class. My parents didn't want to deal with her shiz nit anymore. The problem is that she doesn't know and thinks she just got off for good behavior. Good behavior? OH PLEASE! That's why you just came in my room and started cussing me off? Now she thinks she owns all of my electronics like my phone and it's really making me angry! Everyday she wakes up at around 12pm and says small things like "I need to text mom." Then doesn't give me back my phone till 9:43pm (happened today). When ever I try to tell her "no" she just goes up stairs to my mom and tells on me. Top of that, i'm the youngest one. She's extremely childish. My mom will give her what ever she wants and i don't know if it's because she wants her to get the hell out of her face or if she thinks i really should. I don't know what to do! My sister's been a complete A** Hole to me all of my life! It's another seigi no mikata episode... HELLLLP!!!!

My parents took away my phone because of grades?
i had my phone taken away for having bad grades. since its summer report cards come in the beginning of july so it came and i hid it i was thinking of burning it but i didn't a month later my older sisters report card comes and my mom asks where is my report card so i gave it to and got my phone taken away. so now we are planning to go on a trip and its an extraordinary state we are going to that we barely travel to. my question is should i ask my parents for my back? i was thinking giving it back to them when we come back from trip so i could just have it for the trip. we will be sight seeing some things and i want to capture the moment. should i ask?
My parents are taking away my phone forever! How do i get it back?
I was just on my phone as normal, and then suddenly, mom comes and yells "give me your phone NOW, you b*tch!" I didn t see any reason for her to take my phone, so i tried to keep it, but she took it away anyway. when i later asked my dad when i would get my phone back, he said i would never get it back. It s not fair, not only did i do nothing wrong, but i also am now the only junior in high school without a phone. and now, i have no way of communication with my friends, who all go to a different school than me. How can i get my phone back?

My mom just threw away my phone?
Okay so first off, I just wanted to say, I know my mom loves my sister more than me because she always does nice things for her, and not me. For example, today is my sisters birthday, and she is making her a chocolate cake, and taking her out to lunch and then they are going shopping. My mom never took me shopping or made me a cake on my birthday. They always hang out with eachother. Whenever I do something wrong, I always get yelled at for my "attitude" and my mom thinks my sister is such a little angel. Most of the time, my sister starts fights and I get blamed for them. Then, I get my phone taken away. Whenever she does something wrong, she never gets her iPod taken away. So today, my mom was looking at Christmas stuff for my sister, and I said "Do you know what I want for Christmas?" she said "No, you need to make a list". Then I said "I already made a list, but Nanny (my grandma) took it." She said "Well you need to make another one." Then I said "Well, you should know what I want considering I already made a list for you". That set her off. She just took my phone and literally threw it in the trash, and went on a big rant about my "attitude". It feels like the only people that love me are my dad and grandma. I try to talk to my dad, but he doesn't really help. What do I do? And I asked for the money back for my phone, because I paid for it, and she just yelled some more. What do I do?? I'm not old enough to move out by the way. And please don't say "You are living in her house, she can do what she wants" I worked hard to get the money for that phone, and I don't think it is fair that she wont at least give me the $100 back for it.
