at my school you don't need a physical exam, but in physical education class they usually weigh you and measure how tall you are. the only reason why you would need a physical exam in high school is if you're joining sports.
How do I get social services to stop pressuring me to take in my sister's kids and just put them in foster care?
Let me guess, as somebody else brought up, you have your own children and household to worry about? That's perfectly fine regardless of the many hateful and judgemental answers you received. Feel free to disregard the self-righteous critics who don't know how much of a burden your sister's kids would be for you. Just tell CPS that you can't be tied down and they need to find somebody else. When my daughter was small I took in a relative's son for a few months, until my daughter's father pointed out that he was paying me child support to take care of OUR daughter while the state of Georgia and and my cousin expected me to take care of HER son for free like I was made of money. Yes I initially thought I could save the little boy, but then others helped to realise that it wasn't my job to try to fix my cousin's mistakes and the state needed to do its' job already, stop giving her so many chances. So I told the social worker to come pick him up because I had my own child to take care of and she came first. My cousin eventually lost all 3 of her kids to foster care and again DFACS tried to get family members to take them, but it was just too much financially and time wise because the kids had behavior and emotional problems. Now they're grown and every time I look at them and how they turned out compared to my own daughter, I thank God I didn't get involved in that situation and have them around my child who is going to start graduate school in the fall. Don't put nobody else's kids before your own!

Not believe them when something traumatic happens to them.I was raped then molested by my new stepfather when i was 13, my mother minimized the rape, acting like it never happened, and called me a liar about the molestation.Funny thing even though that happened 37 years ago, and I take care of my ailing mother, she has yet to forgive me for shaming her. Imagine her son raped, how shameful.So now she says things like I wish he would killed you when he raped you, or I almost killed you and should have when you were 2 years old.Honestly what do you say after that. It just brings me to tears.
I had a dream about my child, but I don't have children in the physical world. Is the child I see going to be my child in the future?
I had dreams about 2 specific children long before I had kids. Maybe the child from your dream is yours…or maybe not.When I was 15 or 16 I kept having dreams about 2 children that I had never seen before. They looked similar enough to be twins and were about the same age. I took this as a glimpse of my future children.They were both mixed. (African American father/with me as their white mother) They were the most adorable kids I had ever seen! (They were 2 or 3 years old in my dreams)I remember the little girl had what I called “poof-balls” for pigtails, almost every time I saw her. The little boy had the most adorable, poofy curly hair as well.Fast forward a few years. (quite a few)The little girl’s name is Avi.Her brother’s name is Kave.Here they are in this sweet family photo… with their mom.Avi & Kave’s mom, Shirley, has been my best friend since I was about 12 years old. Her beautiful babies are the ones from my dreams. I don’t know why I dreamt about them all those years ago, but it has always stayed with me.I knew I would love my Godchildren years before they were born, I just didn’t realize how much. :)

YES! I think people should mind their own business and if they want to call the police for me spanking my child, GO FOR IT. I'll hand you the phone. I know that I am within my rights and I didn't do anything illegal at all. People don't reprimend now because they are too busy being the child's friend instead of their parent. Heaven forbid you upset your kid by telling them no! Or they buy into the BS that it's damaging to the child. Horse Pucky! I was spanked whenI was younger and I never once felt damaged or unloved by my parents. I knew I deserved it because I had been told one thing and did another.
