Yahoo updated the games section. You now need a new updated game demo. Go to Tools,Internet Options,Browser history ,settings button,View objects. Right click and remove all yahoo games listed.When you go to play next time a new demo will pop up to download. OR if Tools method doesn't work, remove them by going to Start,My PC, C drive,Windows folder, Downloaded games folder. delete games there. Games use a lot of virtual memory to run,so you may need to increase it if you get a connection error You can increase your memory by going to start button, settings, control panel, system, advance tab, performance, advance tab, virtual memory, change it, make it 2000 kb or higher, In both boxes, click apply,ok. at 2.30 am its working. Do this; If you can’t get lounge page to open. This works with XP and may work for older windows , Click on My PC ,disk drive C, open windows folder,next open Downloaded programs file. click game you want to play to high lite it.delete it.Now go back to game,it will prompt you to download a demo,do so and page will open! Your old download is stale since yahoo's new up grades. Next do this;When you try getting in lounge or room and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.This is the proper way to use the pop up blocker,and in past 3 months I have never had a problem or had to hold any keys down to get in. 1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area. This also gets rid of the ads.
Why can't I play yahoo pool, the site says its an error 99?
Re-check your Pop-Up block disabled it. I have this problem before and later I found out that "POP-UP BLOCK" turns on automatically. Now I always check it if Java applets won't open. I hope it will do to you also.
