Can Bio Oil be used only for up to 3 months or can it also be used as a moisturiser every day?

Rutika, Bio oil is famed for its quality to reduce stretch marks and tackle scars, dry skin, and many more skin deformities. It gives even-toned radiant skin and is suitable for almost all skin types.I have recommended bio oil to some of my followers and get awesome results. some use bio oil on the facial skin and its glowing now. It is easily absorbed into the skin and is a great as a body moisturizer. Can you put Bio Oil on your face? Well, yes. If having acne isn't bad enough, people often have to deal with the scars that are left behind. If you're bothered by acne scars you can definitely experiment with Bio Oil to reduce their appearance, as there are Bio Oil benefits for facial scars and discoloration. The most notable benefit of Bio Oil is its ability to hydrate the dryest areas of skin, so works really well as a moisturizer. It's important to know how to use Bio Oil on face concerns. We'd recommend using it on the specific scarred area, rather than all over your face, especially if you're still suffering from acne. As it's an oil, it could overload and clog your pores with continued use. A tiny dab with a cotton bud doused in Bio Oil onto the exact scar will suffice. It's OK to use Bio Oil on face overnight. It is recommended that bio oil should be used twice a day for 3 months. But the time period varies from person to person. Some see the result in 3 months or even less use. It is also possible that you have you use it a little longer. Thanks!Stay Healthy and Keep smiling!Rutika, If you find this answer helpful do visit my site (beautyhacks4all). and keep posting your query and suggestions, this will help us to grow and help others. How good is Bio-OIl for skin? Are there any side-effects?

Bio-Oil is a moisturizing oil that helps to improve not only the look of your acne scars but even stretch marks, uneven skin tone, ageing and dehydration. The oil is formulated with the perfect combination of plant extracts like calendula, lavender, rosemary and chamomile and vitamins that are suspended in an oil base. It contains a breakthrough ingredient PurCellin Oil which changes the formulation’s overall consistency, making it light and non-greasy (everything you could want in a facial oil). It’s also super easy to use: Massage bio oil in circular motions to your target area twice a day for a minimum of three months. It’s a slower process than many other scarring products, but again, it’s one that won’t turn your face into the twilight zone which is always a plus.Side effects- Retinyl palmitate is connected with side effects like itching, burning sensation, scaling and redness. Also, the botanical extracts may cause skin irritation to certain people especially those who have very sensitive skin. This means that the product is not for everyone. It would be best to perform skin testing on a small area first before using Bio Oil to check for skin irritation or an allergic reaction.

My forehead is oily and has a lot of small bumps?

I'm 13 years old and twice a day I wash my face with Cetaphil Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin and I use Aveeno Clear Complexion Moisturizer once a day. That's ALL I do to my skin, I don't even use any makeup! But my forehead always looks oily and shiny, and it's covered in teeny tiny skin-colored bumps like pimples, but they never go away. (Although sometimes one of them will turn into a pimple.) WHY, and how can I fix this?
Thanks!

Is bio oil good for oily skin too?

It is good for oily skin as well, because it is very light textured and is absorbed by the skin in an instant. So could be used by you, but don't go out after applying it. Try to use it mostly when you are at home as outdoor pollutants can stick to your skin and can cause acne and black/white heads therefore try using it at night as in the night time our skin is most accepting to such products and tries to heal and repair the damage cause throughout the day but be careful about the amount if you are using it on face, don't use more than 5-6 drops on the face.Benefits of Bio-OilHelps improve the appearance of new and old scarsHelps reduce the possibility of stretch marks forming during teenage growth spurts, pregnancy, and periods of rapid weight gainHelps improve the appearance of existing stretch marksHelps improve the appearance of pigmentation marks and blemishes caused by hormonal fluctuations, skin lighteners or excessive sun exposureHelps smooth and tone aging and wrinkled skinHelps supplement the skin’s natural oils which can be stripped away by extreme weather, frequent bathing and the drying effects of central heating and air conditioning

Is Jojoba oil good for oily skin? If yes, how do do I use it on my face?

Yes!Jojoba oil is actually the ideal skin care oil for oily skin types. How Does Jojoba Oil Help Oily Skin?Jojoba oil isn’t an “oil” at all. Jojoba oil is actually a liquid polyunsaturated wax that mimics the consistency of our skin’s own oils. When we apply jojoba oil to our skin, it seamlessly mixes with our own sebum, dissolves excess oils, and balances sebum production. Will Jojoba Oil Cause an Acne Breakout? No—in fact, jojoba oil can actually be used to treat and prevent acne breakouts. First, jojoba oil has a low comedogenic rating of 2 (unlikely to clog pores for many skin types). Jojoba oil’s fatty acids penetrate deep beneath the skin where they work to unclog pores and “purge” impurities from the skin. Additionally, jojoba oil is rich with iodine (a strong antibacterial) which helps to kill acne-causing bacteria and prevent future breakouts. How to Use Jojoba Oil on Your FaceUsing jojoba oil on your face is really simple. Here are a few tips:Jojoba Oil Nighttime Moisturizer: Before bed, after cleansing + toning, massage 3-4 drops of pure jojoba oil onto your face until fully absorbed (optional: add a drop of organic castor oil if you have acne-prone skin).Jojoba Oil Daytime Moisturizer: After cleansing + toning, massage 2-3 drops of jojoba oil onto your face until fully absorbed. Continue with your normal daily skin care routine. Also, make sure that you’re using 100% pure (no additives or preservatives), cold-pressed, unrefined, certified organic jojoba oil on your face. Many companies will add preservatives, additives, pesticides to their oil products. These low-quality ingredients can actually irritate your skin---the exact opposite of what you want. I like certified organic skin care oils because then I have some assurance about legitimacy of the product.Hope that helps!

The following are the ingredients what you need.
- Honey ( for more smooth. Lemon to clean even more, or Bio Yogurt to soothe)
- Sugar ( releases glycolic acid which is a natural hydroxy acid that exfoliates the skin. And freshly exfoliated skin tends to have a healthy glow. Skin looks softer and smoother. )
- Green Tea ( anti oxidant that delays aging, fights acne, oil control )

Now take the following simple steps.
1. Make yourself one third glass of green tea and set that aside for 2 minutes till it is warm, but don’t add cold water because you want the powers of the green tea to come out.
2. Get yourself three tablespoons of sugar in a separate glass and mix it in with the green tea, remember, the tea is warm NOT hot .
3. Add in either lemon juice, bio yogurt,or honey.
4. Put a reasonable amount on your face, and start to lightly scrubbing because the sugar hasn’t dissolved, it works as an exfoliator. Do it just for 1-2 minutes
5. Using a cotton pad, whip your face with green tea.( just a little green tea)
6. Now wash your face with WARM water, and clearly.
7. Pat dry
8. Whip your face with green tea again
9. Use a skin moisturize

The mixture the left can be stored in the family fridge for a week
Doing the stpes above will not just get rid of acne naturally but the scars by exfoliating the scared tissue.

Is almond oil good for face acne and scars?

Acne and pimples are natural skin conditions that occur either due to excess oil or due to the accumulation of dirt and grime that blocks the skin pores. Whatever be the reason behind their occurrence, one thing is for sure that these do leave ugly hard to get rid of acne scars behind. Wanting to get rid of it requires expensive procedures that have side effects. However, there are home remedies that work equally well for eliminating scars that too without burning holes in your pocket and any side effects on the skin. Almonds oil is one such home remedy that helps achieve flawless skin.Almonds oil:The oily quality of almond oil also brings to the skin a soft glow and mellows the texture, giving skin a smooth, resilient sheen. If you like to wear makeup, almond oil is the perfect makeup remover. Just a few drops help take makeup off, leaving your skin or eyelashes clean. Because the oil has a low viscosity, there’s no nasty oil slick or gunky feel. Using almond oil to remove makeup also applies it to the skin in a single, natural process, so the oil can begin to moisten your skin right away.Almond oil can also be massaged into the face to treat sagging skin and to smooth out wrinkles. Dark eye circles can be treated by sleeping with some almond oil applied directly to the circle throughout the night. The oil stimulates blood circulation around the eye and will draw out the darkening. Applying a little almond oil to stretch marks or post-surgery scars will often speed up healing and restore a uniform, healthy look.
