I Wake Up Nauseated Every Day

Why do I wake up nauseous every morning?

There could be SO MANY reasons. Very hard to pin down on here.At age 18, 8 hours of sleep may be insufficient. In general, younger people require more sleep.Drawing from my own personal experience; if I don't get enough sleep, without fail, I wake up feeling nauseated in the morning.Try going to bed a half hour early for several nights, then progress to 45 minutes earlier, then an hour, and slowly progress like this until you're going to bed around 10pm and getting up at your usual time of 730am.See if sleeping an additional 1.5 hours (or even 2 at your age!) per night eliminates your morning nausea. If not, you'll need to see a Doctor to investigate other causes.Best wishes to you!

I get waves of nausea every morning, why?

Giselle, you might be on to something with the morning snack thing. I think I will try that tomorrow morning and see if there is a difference. But it's SO hard to eat first thing in the morning lol I even have a difficult time making my son's lunch because the smell of the food makes me want to gag.
I haven't been on birth control for the past couple months... i also thought that maybe it was causing the nausea. But it is still happening, without fail. Also, when the nausea comes i get a flushed feeling, like a hot flash from my torso up to my face and a light headache that goes away within seconds. I will try most anything to see if I can fix this. Any advise is welcome :)

Constant nausea everyday?

My boyfriend has been having nausea everyday. He has been feeling like this since last summer it just happened one day and he can't figure out what is causes it. He has went to see a gastroenterologist and they have done tests and have found nothing. The gastroenterologist proscribed reglan and it helps him get over his nausea but soon as he eats about an hour or two later it starts right back up again. He even devolped slight motion sickness. His nausea gets so bad to the point where he feels like he is going to throw up but all he does is burp and he feels better afterwards. He also has a fear of throwing up so he gets real paranoid when he feels that way. What could be causing this?

Why might I feel nauseous when I wake up early?

This question is hard to answer since there are many factors contributing to such thing. It is better to write your sleeping routing whether you are sleeping late or early, do you have dinner late or early, what about your job shifts? Does it requires you to stay up late. Do you always wake up early or have you always considered yourself an early bird? And so on.But all in all its obvious that the best solution is to go see a doctor if your case is so severe that its preventing you from moving on with your normal routine or if your case had stayed too long even after using temporary solutions such as sleeping pills or a Panadol.I may not be a doctor yet  but my best suggestion for one of the factors is stress. Known to be a major contribution to lack of relaxation during sleep to most of us.

Why do I feel nauseous every morning?

I'm a 14 year old girl. No I am not pregnant because I'm too self conscious to have sex. Anyways, every morning a wake up sick to my stomach. I feel like puking. After I eat it makes it worse for a while then it goes away. Why is this happening?

Why do I wake up feeling nauseous?

I've had something similar where I would wake up and I'd feel like my brain was pumping like a heart and I'd have a headache every time I woke up. I did some research and one suggestion was that I was maybe dehydrated when I went to bed. Trying drink a glass or 2 of water each night before you go to bed and see what happens the next morning.

Usually things like this happen when your body doesn't have the right nutrients or so. Sometimes I will wake up feeling weak and all it takes is a good meal, then some rest before sleeping.

Some of my research shows that there's something called Acid Reflux Disease that have some symptoms of nausea. How long have you had this? According to: http://www.webmd.com/heartburn-gerd/guid... if you had this feeling for more than twice a week, you may have acid reflux disease so go get a check up.

If it persists, you may want to see your doctor because it can be something serious.

And like what Caren said, it might be that your body isn't getting all it's vitamins or needed supplements. So try eating more healthy, take multi-vitamins, and try exercising too.
