He didn't ask you in a romantic way, neither do do you have any reason from your history with him to suspect he has any romantic motives behind his invitation. In the case that you or him decide to lead this friendship towards romance then you will have to consider the fine details such as if it ends in marriage where will the two of you live, what would both your families think and would they support or go ballistic, etc. I'm a Saudi who was in a relationship with an American woman that ended in a fantastic and a loving marriage. My marriage ended because of reasons that had nothing to do with cultural differences. But maybe, just maybe, everything you have learned about Arabs from Fox news was fabricated. Go and see for yourself. The worst case scenario is you will get bad tan lines and will have to wear long sleeves for a few weeks. Why are Islamic channels banned in India?
There are so many religious channels being telecast. It depends which cable operator you're using.Another reason as to why ARY tv, Q tv etc might not be telecast frequently is because they are Pakistani channels. Not many people watch them except a few elderly citizens and it surely isn't profitable for the cable operators. They would rather telecast something else which caters to a wider audience. Besides, we don't see Zee tv or any Indian channel being telecast in Pakistan. there are a couple of channels on nile sat, MBC3 is a kids cartoon channel 24 hrs that offers alot of nice cartoons it does get english cartoons but mostly Arabic. the other channel is JSC (jazzira)children there are 2 jsc children channels one is Arabic & the other is English.

Went to Saudi last summer and watched Huda tv whenever i was in my hotel room. MashAllah, it's brilliant,,, sorry to say but much better than Islam channel & Peace tv. Searched for it on line & i can get it but the screen is too small & cant get it any bigger. A friend told me if i get a certain satellite, i'll be able to pick it up here in sunny old Britain. Does anyone know which satellite, how to get it, how much it costs etc????? JazakAllah.
