Hello! You can eat your three regular meals and either lose weight or gain weight. It all depends on what you are eating. If you have a light dinner based on veggies and fruits mainly you will be more likely to stay fit. Now if your diner is heavy on fats and carbohydrates at night then you will not lose weight.Usually I do not count calories any more. Doing this just make me more anxious. But if you want to know if you will lose weight eating around 1200 - 1500 burning 500? The answer is yes you may. But be careful about being eating less than your body needs to run its basic functions. I do not know how tall you are, how old you are and what’s your body structure or your body needs so it is difficult to say if the amount of calories you’re consuming are good for you. The thing is that you do not want to put your body to starvation because this is the main reason why many people trying to lose weight spring back those pounds they lost. Later is just worse.Make sure you are eating the amount of calories your body needs to at least run its basic metabolic functions.
