I Wanna Throw Up I Ate Much Help Asap

I want to make myself throw up! I feel so fat!?

BAD PLAN! Dieting is NOT the way to go! You know not eating makes you fatter? As it takes away fat, it also takes away muscle which leaves you with fat, as it's doing this it slows down your metabolism and makes you burn food a hell of a lot slower. It will not help because calories in= calories out which means you won't be using much calories to for example: grow your nails, hair or even grow at all. You will become worse.

This is your solution!!
Being bulemic is one of the worse ways to solve your problems! And anorexia is a mental condition not a physical one. What you need to do is STOP THE JUNK FOOD! You will only keep on getting fatter because those 4 cookies are probibly what..100 calories each? So you consumed about 400 calories on cookies alone! NO! Instead of snacking on crisps and snacks, have an apple or any kind of fruit. Carrots are low calorie and great snacks! Stop the fast food once and for all! Or if you're stopping bye mcdonald's look at the nutrition facts or get a salad instead. Skip the fries and get a DIET coke. Dancing is a great way to burn fat but not the best. If you go on youtube and look up 100 calorie workout or fat burning workouts, try doing those each day. Jump rope is great cardio and so is jogging. Remeber eat the healthy stuff but not too much of it. And starving yourself will only make you fatter. Get skim milk or skim cheese. Keep away from proccessed junk and AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD AND SNACKS!

Good luck, its a long journey but keep in mind what i just told you :)

Should I drink a lot of water after throwing up?

Ugh. Nausea.Of course you’ll want to rinse out that nasty taste. And ensure proper hydration. But drinking lots of water on a queasy stomach can risk further bouts of vomiting. Juices or milk can make nausea even worse. Lemon-lime soda and saltine crackers sometimes stay down better, especially if the nausea is related to an illness. Sucking on crushed ice is another gentle way to get some fluid into your body. Likewise small sips of water over time is easier for most people to keep down when nauseous, compared to drinking a full glass of water at once. That said, if your nausea is momentary, and gone once you’re done puking (like my morning sickness when pregnant) feel free to drink water and eat as soon and as much as feels good, as long as queasiness is gone. Unappetizing, but sometimes necessary - otherwise I would not have survived pregnancy.

Why do I feel nauseous and throw up whenever I eat?

I would recommend you see another doctor and talk to them about seeing a specialist in gastroenterology and also a psychiatrist.I don’t know what is causing your issue but I had a similar problem, however it was worse when I ate outside of my home. It became really embarrassing because I wouldn't eat when I went out to dinner with my friends, and when I did, I had to continuously excuse myself to go to the bathroom as I couldn't keep my food down.I had been seeing doctors for over 2 years before I knew what the cause was, so as everyone else has said, seek another opinion. If your doctor doesn't know, it doesn't mean, the next one won't know. Just keep an open mind.(I won't mention any specifics regarding my case because I am not a medical professional, and I don't want anybody reading this to make conclusions on their own health based on my personal experiences)Take care

Help my dog is sick she keeps throwing up she dont wanna eat anythin or drink water whats wrong with her?

rush the dog to the vet. it could die of dehydration. my jack russell pup had the same symptoms and it turned out to be roundworms which are supereasy to cure. however, if the dog keeps throwing up, u may have to take it to the vet, so if i were you id rush to the dog to the vet or atleast call the vet.

it could even be something as bad as parvovirus which is said to be lethal for dogs.

No matter what I eat or drink, I just throw it up. Even water. What can I do?

you should probably go to the doctor if you arent better by the morning.

if you have a local 24 hr pharmacy (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart) id suggest going and buying liquid anti-nauseas medicine and see if you can hold that down, or drink baby sips of some regular coke.

if you hold that down for about an hour try some saltine crackers, im talking like 1-4 crackers.

also buy some Gatorade to replenish the nutrients lost, but again take baby sips and do not drink a lot at once. (it can cause you to vomit)

How to prevent throwing up?! ASAP PLEASE!?

First of all, if your feeling nauseous don't drink to much water because this might lead you to vommit. This is only good (drinking lots of fluids) when you have already vomitted. Fluid replacement is a must and also electrolyte replacement is necessary. To help you relieve your nausea try eating dry food like crackers or toast instead of taking in heavy meals. Avoid caffeinated or carbonated beverages because such drinks may decrease appetite and lead to early satiety. Also try to determine why you're feeling nauseous.

NEED HELP ASAP - My 20-lb dog just ate a bag of gummy bears, throwing up and whining all morning?

Depending on the artificial sweeteners, it can indeed be bad for your dog - even fatal.
You absolutely need to call your vet and get some advice - probably bring him in to be checked out.

I make myself throw up every time I eat?

This is terrible.
To stop it requires real motivation.
You may not know how bad this really affect you, and how suddenly it can.
Its shocking so shocking, you'll become so ill, your not getting the right nutrients at all.
My mother went through this at one point and she said that she took vitamins so she still got nutrients, turns out it didn't work, not one bit. She was anorexic and terrible ill. Inches from death because she'd been doing nothing but throwing up her food, no one suspected until she was noticable skinny because shed act fine in front of people.
Please dont do this.
I know its going to be hard to stop, it requires your mind to stop. Really think. Tell yourself no. Tell your mum and dad, GET HELP.

What happens when you throw up to lose weight?

Firstly, you need to know, and believe it to be true, that you are ill.As ill as someone who is in the midst of a high fever. As ill as someone who has broken her pelvic bone. As ill as someone who is hearing voices that are not there.I began making myself vomit after the meagrest of food intake when I was about 15. I would eat a little bit of fish (my favourite food) at the dinner table with my family, then disappeared in the bathroom for 30 minutes, during which I made myself throw up. I would flush the toilet multiple times, clean up after myself as much as I was able to, and wait for the smell to dissipate. My family must have been aware of what was going on after a little while, but nobody said anything. It might be ironic to some, but I think that was an act of kindness on their part, as I had been so ashamed of myself then, even without consciously acknowledging the fact that I felt that way, that their interrogations would have shredded the last of my sense of self-respect.The next time I ate, a meagre amount again, I let it stay in. I thought myself “sensible” then, as I was taking in food and nutrition, while being in charge of my body.I did lose a little bit of weight, but wrecked both my mental and physical health. The human body is a survival machine. Even without self-induced vomitting, when there’s less nutrition available when you are on a diet, the body clamours for nutrition to compensate for what it has lost. My body cried out to me in the form of hunger, and an irrational obsession with food. I even dreamt about gorging myself on food. When I moved away from home, the self-induced vomitting transformed almost overnight into full-blown bulimia. I thought I had the best of both worlds: I ate as much as I could to calm my body’s cry for help, and then I vomitted, to appease my distorted mind’s disdain for body fat. It was a lonely and shameful time.I have since grown up from alienating and making an enemy out of my body, to an appreciation and fondness for it. I’m not sure how helpful it is, but I want to tell you that your body will win, yet, at the same time, your body is trying to win for you. Please seek help.

Is it normal to have the urge to throw up after eating?

You need to look at the actual cause to your sickening feeling. It's a common factor to many things.Try changing your food and slow down eating. If you are feeling forced to eat then you will feel ill. It's actually best to snack throughout the day compared to strict routine meals.Mist routine meals is to correspond with the working day. Breakfast, lunch, tea and in some cases supper.Try to eat what you enjoy and at intervals. Try not to have too much background activity too.I hope this helps.P.s. if you want a more specific answer if you can add or forward a bit more information as to how the symptoms occur (what the parameters are that the exact moment hits of feeling sick and what's happening) I'd be happy to research an exact diagnosis. If you ever have concerns it is always best to seek professional help. Many RegardsRachael.x
