I Want A Good Co-op Game For Xbox

What are the best Co-op games for Xbox 360?

It would help if we knew if you meant online or local play.  It would also help if we knew something like game type.  Then of course, knowing what "best" means (rated, subjective, popular opinion or fame). My personal opinion...  Borderlands.  Well, Borderlands 2 to be specific but I suggest going through 1 first.  It is thoroughly enjoyable and works brilliantly in local co-op.  If you want more FPS, then Halo of course, and even Destiny if you want matchmaking co-op with 2 random people. Not into FPS?  Then things become a little trickier.  I tried Dungeon Siege 3 mainly for the co-op and found it so dumbed down compared with DS 1 and 2 that I didn't enjoy it at all.  What about 3rd person shooter?  You can try the Gears of War franchise, I'm not a fan but it is hugely popular with people who are into 3PS.  For a more old school 3PS, you can try Lost Planet 1,2 and 3 (is there a 3?  Think so)Fable 3 has a co-op option but someone is always playing second fiddle as a sidekick, so it's a little unfair.  There are a few other games that have this sidekick feature but I haven't really looked into them.So what about something quick and simple?  Well, Monaco is a good laugh, especially with 4 players together, World of Tanks for team work but only online, Dungeon defenders for 4 player couch action, and nearly any FPS with team play, though I'll have to leave recommendations to people more experienced in the area. Hope that all helps, happy gaming!

Split screen co-op Xbox 360 games?

I was hoping some of you would be able to recommend me some good split screen co-op games for me to play on my Xbox 360.

Me and the girlfriend played Kane & Lynch 1 & 2 (absolutely terrible games) and we've just finished Army of Two and are now on to the second one, Army of Two: The 40th Day, but I want to buy another game to start to play with her after we've completed The 40th Day.

Any ideas, recommendations or reviews? Co-op, not versus.

What’s a good game on Xbox One I can play with my 10 year old daughter?

For co-op, I like a number of the XB360 games that are backwards compatible (I will asterisk them), as well as some native XB1 games:my personal favourite is not a co-op game; my eldest granddaughter & I just took turns with it; that one is titled ‘UnRavel’. There is a sequel that I have not played.for co-op games, ‘Portal 2’* is excellent; it presents really good physics type problems that make you think to solve. Portal 1 doesn’t have co-op, and it usually comes bundled in ‘The Orange Box’*, and I think that’s rated T because of ‘Half-Life;‘Kameo*’ is a great co-op game;I agree with the earlier recommendations of any of the Forza Motorsport series, with the Project Gothams close behind. ‘Forza 4’* is the best of them, imho; and finallyThe granddaughters liked any of the ‘Just Dance’ series, the later the better of course. I cannot really say, though, because I’m too lame to dance. There are scads of Lego Starwars/Batman/Indiana Jones/Lego Movie games; I never cared for them too much, after playing through half the first Lego StarWars.#####I am not too lame to play bass, rhythm guitar, or even take a turn on the drums on any of the ‘Guitar Hero/Rock Band’ Games for XB360, (although I will not sing ….. better that way, both of the young ladies do it way better than I). I think the most fun I’ve ever had playing with both of them & their dad was playing through a large chunk of ‘Guitar Hero - Beatles Edition’*. ….although, just the three of us playing the original ‘Rock Band’ during a visit was a lot of fun. We started a band, built our character/avatars, toured, swapped instruments, tried different difficulties (with occasionally disastrous results) over a few days. I loved it. I don’t know why the rating for ‘Rock Band 4’ is T (although the original ‘Rock Band’ was also rated T, and I’m not sure why); probably because of possible online interactions, but I don’t image you need to go online to play tunes with them. I haven’t bought all the equipment for those games for the XB1 because I have the full set plus wireless guitars for XB360, as well as half a hockey-sock full of games.Hope you all have a lot of fun, whatever you decide to play.

What are good two player co-op games for the wii?

Note: The only good shooter games for the wii have already been mentioned...

At the moment though, the market would say Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Guitar Hero 3 have got some of the best mltiplayer/co-op and online setups going right now.

For really good (not online) multiplayer (besides the above and Wii Sports) I really like The Simpsons, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games and LEGO Indiana Jones.

Mario Galaxy and Zack and Wiki have got a multiplayer mode that lets the second player "help" in different ways. Check out the metacritic link below and click on the game for more details.

If you are looking for other (not necessarily multiplayer) really good Wii games, I own 9 of the top 10 rated Wii games from Metacritic.com (see link below). I wouldn't rate them in that order, but if your looking for good games you could do worse by not checking out this site.

Hope this helps!

Good split screen co-op for Xbox one?

My husband and I are looking for a split screen co-op game to play together. We currently play COD Ghosts and Advanced Warfare. We need to mix it up a little bit. After a 2-3 games of extinction on Ghost, I start get a little tired of it for the night. Preferably an MMORPG. I want to be able to create a fully customizable character (hair, clothes/armor, perhaps race, etc) and then of course, very fun gameplay. I don't want to constantly do the same thing. I want lots of quests or missions to do. This all needs to be local co-op split screen. We both have accounts with Xbox live.

Which are the best couch co-op games for XBOX One?

I'll run through a few that I have but will avoid backwards compatibility titlesRock Band 4 - by definition the ultimate party game for 4 players. (Obviously there are cost and space considerations.)Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 - granted not everyone's favourite CoD but features couch co-op for its campaign, zombie survival, and zombie campaign. Two players can even head into multiplayer together.Halo Collection - remasters of 4 of the greatest shooters of the last two gens complete with co-op campaign and like CoD features split screen online. Campaigns are less scripted than CoD so replays can be different (Sadly halo 5 lacks split screen)Gears of War remaster* - campaign co-op and split screen onlineGears of War 4* - campaign co-op, hoard co-op, and splitscreen online.*both gears have a limited time offer including all the 360 titles, each with split screen coop.Borderlands handsome collection - contains Borderlands 2, Borderlands the Pre, and their DLC. Features split screen campaign up to 4 players . is an loot driven shooter with light/medium RPG elements.Diablo 3 - loot driven action RPG features lots of content and a system that doesn't punish players for playing separately.Minecraft - 4 player split screen and almost infinite replayability if you are creative.Ark - survival game filled with dinosaurs looking to smother you with BBQ sauce. Its 2 player split screen more hardcore/survival Minecraft but with greater focus on combat and generally not dying.Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 - 2player split screen both online and off (honestly haven't played much of this to comment further)Toy Soldiers - a tower defense game where players (2 split screen) can directly control turrets and vehicles

Are there any offline co op horror games for the xbox 360?

no but resident evil 5 and left 4 dead are coming.

What's are some good co-op role playing games?

Ooh, I know a great one.The game isn't out yet, but has recently had a Kickstarter project launch. By the way, this project really needs some help, it won't be a success if it keeps going at the rate It's going now.The game is called “Mythica VR”As you can guess from the title, it's a virtual reality game. Read about the game here for all the details. The game is basically a virtual reality dungeon crawler rpg game that you can play in live co-op.One player is the dungeon master, they set up the level and monsters inside of that level. They control all the things behind the scenes. They can take over an npc or boss and make it imitate the player’s movement (ex. The dungeon master moves his arms around in real life, and the boss moves his arms around in the game).Say you and 3 other friends are bored one day. You 4 decide to play this “Mythica Vr” game. So one of your friends becomes the dungeon master. He sets up the cave with chests and little evil monsters in it. You and your 3 other friends enter the cave, and you are surprised at how real all of it feels. You battle your way through the cave, until the boss. Your friend (the dungeon master) voices over an evil troll and tells you that you are to be killed and you shouldn't have ever come…You battle him out until the troll is dead. You talk into your microphone, “good job guys.”What's even cooler about this though, is that you barely payed anything. You bought the game, and used google cardboard (which is free) to play it. You spent less than $30–40, and you and your friends can interact and bond with each other over live co-op, even if you have a best friend in China. Please, I beg you; go to the Kickstarter page here and support the project. If you pledge $20 you get the game FREE on release. Help the cause, because frankly, it needs help.
