So, I represent you two scenarios.You have references in Dubai. Friends or relatives.This is the best advantage you can ever have. Prepare a profile on job sites like monstergulf.com or bayt.com and provide your friend or relatives cell number(If they agree to do so :p). Keep applying for jobs daily and update your resume daily. Yes,there is noting to get updated everyday, but you need to understand how resume search results works. You must update your profile daily because recruiters will get recently updated profiles on top. Just re-upload your resume everyday or update your same contact details or skill set and dont forget to check if last update date is current date.This way may be after few days or weeks your friend will start getting  calls from recruiters.
