What are some things you should pay close attention to when looking to purchase a new home?
The most important is always going to be location. I look at the neighborhood, and the traffic in the area. I do not want to be on a busy street or back up to a highway or commercial area due to noise and air quality. I do not want a home near power lines. I want to be sure I am making a good investment and don't want a home that will be hard to sell later. Second, is it in my price range? I don't want to waste time falling in love with a home I can't afford. I prefer to look at homes under my top price so I have room to make improvements. Then, of course I make sure the home has the required number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Do I like the floor plan, the size of the kitchen, master bath, closets? Some homes odd floor plans make them more difficult to sell later. I look for signs of structural damage, or water damage. After that I look at the plumbing fixtures, countertops, and appliances - will they need to be updated? That can get expensive. Will the windows or roof need to be replaced? Also what do I think about the flooring and carpet? I am not really concerned with paint colors or light fixtures, since those are easy to change. Then, I compare it to other homes that I am looking at to see if it is the best option and if I want to live there. If not, I keep looking.

Why is everything on wish.com so cheap? Is Wish trustworthy?
Basically its an outlet for Chinese manufacturing (its a drop shipper, you buy they good they combine orders over time and then buy and ship the items to everyone, where as Alibaba is direct ordering from the merchant). It is very similar to the Alibaba mobile app/web site. Basically its direct import of Chinese goods directly from the Chinese manufacture. Yes it’s “trustworthy,” (not 100% sure how you are defining it), but if you mean will you get the items you order in the timeframe you agreed to or you’ll get your money back? Then yes its trust worthy. Now if you are talking about the products that is sells, well that can be hit or miss. Most of everything I've order has come as expected (make sure you read the product descriptions) and of decent quality. But just be warned that if it says its a named brand, it isn’t. Even if it is 100% like the name brand they cannot advertise that is (they can loose their contract to manufacture if they do), and you cannot import it if it is (as this is patent/trademark/copyright infringement based on what you ordered). And pay attention to ship times, some are pretty quick other are not.I use the sister app of Geek and not wish for my of my purchases (the fishing stuff is awesome), and have always been “satisfied”. One other thing to note is if you shop amazon you’ll see a lot of the stuff on wish/geek/their other apps on there for close to the same price or more expensive as there are a lot of resellers who buy from places like wish/Alibaba/etc and then turn around sell on amazon.

why should u be embarrassed? no ones even paying attention to u and u shouldnt care what they think anyway. i mean theres no point in being materialistic. especially bcuz ur at least buying the same stuff they are, but ur smart enough to use the clearance rack to ur advantage rather than just assume u cant afford anything there and resort to cheaper stores. its none of anybody elses' business and if theyre even acknowledging the fact that ur buying the clearance rack then u should be glad ull never be judgmental and snotty like them.
