I Want To Ask A Question About My Nvq Level 3 Evaluate Own Knowledge Perfornance And Understanding

What's the difference between a work and personal relationship?

A personal relationship is one where your personal life and extra curricular activities and social life are involved.

A work relationship is another way of describing a relationship with your coworker. You spend time together at work, you work well together, but you have little or no contact outside of work. It's strictly professional.

I'm an 18 year old Indian and I want to invest in share market or equity mutual funds. How much money is needed for investments? How do I get started?

Step 1. Open a Bank Account. The first step toward investing in Indian stock market is to open a bank account. A bank account is required to hold your funds that you will be investing.Step 2. Open a Demat account. Just like bank account is required to hold your funds, a Demat account is required to hold your assets such as equities, debentures and mutual funds. Step 3. After you open a Demat account, get a trading account. A trading/brokerage account lets you purchase stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other units by paying the broker to do the trading on your behalf. You would not be able to do trading without a trading account. For your convenience, banks have started providing all these services in a single unified account. There are a few banks which provide 3-in-1 services. Just search in google and talk to them about lowest brokerages and minimum account balances requirement.Step 4.  In order to make profits, have a sound understanding of all the concepts of the market. You can read about Fundamentals of stocks and basics of stock market at websites like Investopedia - Educating the world about finance or Zerodha Varisity.Step 5. Determine How Much You Can Invest. Once you've decided upon investing in a particular company, you need to determine how much can you invest in buying the shares. Therefore, you need to think twice and then make a decision. Also, you need to be ready with a back-up plan so that you do not run into losses.Step 6. Develop A Strategy. Whether you are looking for short or long term gains, if you want to make high-growth investments, you’ll need to have strategic goals designed in order to deal in the market smartly. It is recommended that you buy shares in established companies and hold onto them for long so as to maximize profits. You will need PAN Card, ID proof and Address Proof for opening all these accounts. If you dont have PAN Card, apply here PAN Card Application

Explain the importance of effective teamwork for the delivery of excellent customer service?

Effective teamwork shows the professionalism of an organization. The higher quality teamwork will result in consistent performance on all fronts. Everything from sales, support, troubleshooting, all the way to the top needs to function as one for excellent customer service. If there's a weak link, lets say, a new customer has just finished with their salesman. A month later, the customer has an issue with the product/service. In this situation, lets say the salesman has no capabilities once the service/product is sold.

The customer service rep must be able to provide the same consistent information that matches what the salesman sold the customer. If there's a discrepency, the customer service agent and salesman both look bad, resulting in poor perception of the company. In the customers mind, either the salesman lied to them, or the agent is not trained well enough to know everything the sales people know.

The front line people are the most vital to have the most training to avoid situations like this. In major companies, this is very common to have a discrepency if the departments do not effectively communicate and train the reps in proper manners.

WHAT IS PHYSICAL EDUCATION? please explain.. :(?

In physical education (PE), pupils develop confidence and skills in a range of activities, such as dance, games, gymnastics, swimming, athletics, outdoor and adventurous activities.

They work as individuals, in groups and in teams. Throughout, they learn the value of healthy, active lifestyles. Discovering what they like to do, what their aptitudes are at school, and how to be involved in physical activity helps them make informed choices about lifelong physical activity.

From ages 5 to 16, PE is compulsory, although it is not compulsory to take a qualification in PE at the end of key stage 4. Those who choose to work towards a PE qualification will often take a GCSE in PE, or choose from a growing range of vocational qualifications. After that, students who pursue their studies in PE post-16 usually take a qualification such as an AS or A level, or a vocational qualification such as a BTEC or national vocational qualification (NVQ). At this stage, students have the option to specialise in disciplines such as dance or sport and PE, or vocational areas within the performing arts or sport and leisure sectors.

Physical education is not assessed through national curriculum tests. However, all schools are required to report pupils' attainment levels to parents, at the end of year 9, in terms of national curriculum level descriptions. Teachers make their judgements about a pupil's level of attainment by taking into account a pupil's performance and progress throughout the key stage.

What is the relationship between marketing and sales?

Sales and Marketing are often seen as two separate departments within a company. But although their daily operations are focused on different aspects of the customer relationship, they should function together as single unit. Their relationship is irrevocably interconnected, and recognizing where each team specializes and how they can come together to generate growth.Marketing encourages leads and builds relationships with potential customers through a variety of strategies. Some of these strategies include promotion through flyers, emails, newsletters, trade shows, referrals networks, and of course, digital marketing. Marketing reaches out to these potential customers and provides them with knowledge and incentives about their company and their products through promotions and campaigns. They nurture leads through cycles to ensure that people keep coming back. Getting the initial sale is important, but it is reflective of a good marketing team to keep people interested in what else the company has to offer. Marketing develops a relationship between a large customer base and the products and services the business sells. After Marketing has reeled-in the leads, it is up to the Sales department to close them. The Sales team develops a one on one relationship with the customer, and they work hard to ensure that the customer evolves from having an interest in their company, to signing a contract and paying for a service. The Salesperson addresses the specific needs of the customer, and provides a solution tailored to their requirements. Through additional methods such as cold calling, sales people are able to turn a lead into a profit. All companies need these talented individuals to ensure the success of their business.I read this post on sales and marketing alignment.http://www.donriggs.com/the-sale...
