I need a new laptop? Any suggestions?
I used to have a cheap acer laptop but that broke down recently. I want something that's not too expensive ( around 300) and has a good battery life. It doesn't need to have too much memory since most of what i do is online. But i really need something that is reliable.

I want to buy a new laptop with Windows 7. I currently have a HP pavilion dv 2000. I want a 14 inch screen. Suggest some nice laptop from sony vaio or hp itself.

An older game like that will have no problem running on any computer you can buy now. If you are shopping for a basic laptop, my suggestions are: 1) Don't buy a celeron. 2) Make sure you get at least 512MB of RAM (1GB is a good investment) 3) Don't spend more than $1000. 4) Don't buy a celeron (that's really important)
Is hp g62 series laptop good for gaming????any suggestion?
The hp g62 series is a middle-level laptop, and it should be sufficient if you are just playing online games except for graphic hungry online games such as Perfect World, WOW and so on. If you are a hardcore gamer or a person who demand a certain level of graphic quality, I advise you to get a desktop as it is more suitable. Compare and Contrast (Desktop and Laptop) Laptop -Limited battery life -Limited customization -Easily overheat -Middle-range hardwares -Internet might be unstable sometimes if you are using WIFI Desktop -Do not have a battery or limited amount of uptime -Customizable -Do not overheat easily -Greater game play -Wider range of hardware -Stable Internet if you are using LAN -More hard disk space And I can go on forever (just joking lol) That is my opinion about it, but if you still persist to buy a laptop just for the sake of it then this laptop will be suitable for a mid range gamer.
