Why didn't Apple make the MacBook Pro 2016 in gold and rose gold?
The MacBook Pro has been around for about a decade, and in many respects it is “just” a renamed PowerBook with a whole new CPU family, so if you buy that it has been around for decades, and during that time period it has been available in several colors…but never more then one color at once (at least as far back as SJ’s second reign over Apple, I lose track before that).Let me say that again:The 2016 MBP is the first time a current model MacBook Pro has been available in multiple colors. Ever.So it makes sense that they wouldn’t start with five colors, but two. My guess is if the next MBP doesn’t look significantly physically different they will think hard about adding a color so for people that use the MBP as a status symbol will have an incentive to buy a new one.Adding new colors is likely to happen slowly, managing more SKUs is expensive. With slow moving products like laptops and cars you can get stuck with too many of the “unpopular” colors when the model year changes and take a loss on them. With fast moving products (iPhones) the problem is a lot smaller, but you still have issues where people want the right color and can’t get it. Sometimes they may decide to skip a model year, or at least grumble a lot and delay purchase. Which many not sound bad, but “grumbling” is far from the “magic experience” Apple shoots for when they ship new products. It isn’t part of the virtuous cycle where you loved the last Apple product so much you just go out and get the next one without thinking too hard about why you might need the new one…the last one was great, so just give the new one a shot. It don’t work so great when what you remember was “the last one was a pain int eh ass somehow, but I like it now…do I really want to go through that whatever it was to get the new one? Maybe I’ll wait until I need one…”

I am so confused between the White and Space Gray iPhone 6s Plus. I can't seem to come to a conclusion about which color to buy. It was already enough to make the decision to shift from Android to Apple. So any suggestions?
If your preference is watching videos and playing games, you should go with space gray as the black bezels enhance the viewing experience and if you don't use iPhone for a prolonged time and are limited to a few apps here and there, go for the white one. There are 4 colors in total when it comes to 6s and the space gray is the only one that comes with black bezels. Apart from this, the scratches are clearly visible on the black iPhone in regards to the white one, so that is a factor too. I would personally go for the rose gold because it's different and rose gold is the bros gold. :D

What color iPhone 6s should I get?
I have three arguments for you :-)I now have a Rose Gold 6S+. It looks good. I used to have gray and silver stuff, this one looks happier.Another reason might be that this color makes other people aware that you have the latest model of the phone. The iPhone 6 and 6S series have the same looks but not all the same colors. Series 6 did not have Rose Gold.Otherwise this is totally personal taste. You should not care about what others are saying.
