What should I wear to a meeting with a VC, Micro VC, or Super Angel?
I'm resisting the temptation to say it doesn't matter, and will give you an honest answer:1. Wear something that feels comfortable. If you're uncomfortable, this fact will come across.2. Wear something that is safe for work. You'd think that common sense would convince people not to wear t-shirts that are sexist/racist/NSFW, but I've seen some crazy stuff.3. Wear something clean and well-maintained. Dirty and disheveled doesn't say "focused," it says, "either careless or troubled."Beyond that, I've seen folks wearing anything from a suit (looks weird in Silicon Valley) to jeans and a T-shirt. I'd recommend that you fall somewhere between "coat and no tie" and "nice t-shirt and jeans," depending on point 1 above.Final thought: If you wouldn't wear it to see a customer or your mom, you probably shouldn't wear it to see an investor.

I'm a guy and I'm not very good at matching clothes and colors. What type and color of pants will good with a black hoodie? a blue duke hoodie? what are some winter clothing ideas for teen guys? I prefer simple clothing, nothing too outrageous.
Do you ever do the diva drape (shoulder draping), where you don't put your arms inside your coat or sweater sleeves?
I don’t do it.. except if I am sitting down and I am cold (in a theater or restaurant) . I have seen people do it. I find that for me to walk around with a draped jacket or coat, it would require a larger coat or jacket so that it would drape better. I prefer tailored clothing that fits closer to my body. I think the idea of it sounds great but if you have a handbag and possibly an umbrella, that draping effect is not possible. It’s simply a fad.. and the presentation of it makes me laugh. It works if you were making a mad dash from a car in the rain to indoor. Otherwise, it seems a bit pretentious, IMHO.
